Sinceramente non ricordo uno staff più cortese ed accogliente da nessun'altra parte al mondo, forse in qualche hotel cinque stelle extra lusso, ad un prezzo da hotel medio. Stanza bellissima, se non volete essere per forza direttamente sulla spiaggia, è il posto da scegliere. Se dovessi tornare a Boracay, tornerei certamente al Ferra.

Davvero ottimo. Comodo e rilassante, staff eccezionale.
Pros:

Stanza veramente eccellente, letto molto comodo e bagno grande, staff straordinariamente accogliente, gentile e disponibile, colazione abbondante e con tanta scelta, posizione molto centrale. Piscina non usufruita ma molto bella alla vista.

Cons:

Segnale Wifi un po' debole.

Pros:

Highly recommended! It exceeded my expectations compared to what I read online. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and always smiling. I truly enjoyed our stay at Ferra Garden. Thank you also for surprising us and beautifully designing our room to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary, it was truly appreciated. I will definitely book this hotel again soon.

Zou hier zeker wel terug willen gaan als ik weer naar Boracay zou gaan

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, de persoonlijke aandacht (zingen voor jarigen, eerste letter voornaam op koffie/theebeker). Ham en ei sandwich was echt lekker (ontbijt zag er sowieso wel goed uit). Zwembad was best groot.

Cons:

Ik kreeg de tv niet verbonden met wifi van hotel en met wifi hotspot van telefoon.

I will absolutely love to visit again. It's a great place even as a solo traveler.

From the moment you confirm your booking the staff have been so helpful, respectful and friendly. They were able to arrange my transfers to and from Caticlan airport. I was amazed at how attentive the staff were. They definitely exceeded my expectations. My room was amazing. Very spatious and beautiful. I felt like a VIP every day that I was there. They have a variety of food which was delicious. Room service is also available. Even when I was sick at some point the receptionist brought me ginger tea. The location is great. It's easy to walk to Dmall, the beach, activities and other surrounding areas. I barely had to use transport. The hotel has a spa and I highly recommend anyone to try it. I enjoyed both the swedish and aroma massages.
