Pros:

I really liked many things about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well prepared. I also liked the location, it was convenient and easy to reach different places. The check-in process was smooth, and overall the atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant. I had a very good stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The room window never really closed, could not be fully closed, so air conditioning would not always be sufficient for Philippines heat

Great experience
Pros:

I liked the rooftop swimming pool a lot. I really enjoyed it, the water is clean and not too cold. It’s so relaxing, and the staff and bartenders are very friendly. It’s the perfect place.

Cons:

No, my experience at this hotel was absolutely great, I’ll definitely come back here.

Comfortable rooms, great staff and food, ideal location
Pros:

Super friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Good was excellent and the location was perfect - nice and close to everything but far enough to be quiet

Could be a little more shadow by the pool for afternoon. But, not a big deal, we changed our schedule accordingly so we used the pool after sunset.
