بعد أن قمت بالمجيئ ال الفندق تفاجأت بانهم قالو لي انو حجزي غير متوفر وقالو نعوضك بحل ثاني وادفع الفرق والحل الثاني كان غرفة لحال وغرفة لحال مع العلم انو حنا مجموعة وحجزنا كان مع بعض
بشقة كاملة أنا جداً مستاء منهم ومنكم إنكم تثقون بمثل هذه الفنادق وانا المتضرر

The hotel has a good location and good facilities, which made the stay comfortable.
Pros:

The hotel location was good and convenient. The staff were helpful and the check-in process was smooth. The room was acceptable for a short stay.

Cons:

Some facilities require maintenance and improvement. Adding The breakfast could also be better as it was a part of resevation before but now not .
