Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend
Pros:

sehr freundliches Personal, das Frühstück für nur 10,-€ war hervorragend, Tiefgarage auf der anderen Straßenseite, keine Parkprobleme, große Zimmer, einfach ausgestattet, nicht mehr das Modernste, aber alles sehr sauber

Cons:

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer nicht so angenehmen Gegend. Sehr viele Ausländer, kaum Deutsche! Für uns war es etwas befremdlich.

Frühstück ist für den Preis i.O.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft selbst kann wohl wenig für diesen Stadtteil, wobei die Innenstadt von Dortmund das selbe desaströse Bild abgibt.
Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz lässt sich vor Ort dazubuchen. Das ist in dieser Bronx vermutlich auch notwendig!

Pros:

Hotel ma niż swoje lata, ale jest czysty i zadbany. Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzenia miasta, do centrum i dworca kolejowego ok 10min pieszo. Wokół dużo sklepów. Obsługa w porządku.

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji, jednak w pokojach są wiatraki. Pokoje na poddaszu mocno się nagrzewają. Hotel w arabskiej okolicy, ale jest czysto i spokojnie.

Pros:

Es fühlte sich eher wie ein Besuch bei einer Familie einer Freundin an. Ich wurde sehr lieb umsorgt. Von einem Tee, der extra für mich gekocht wurde als ich abends noch länger arbeiten musste und dem Angebot, mich mit meinem Gepäck noch zur U-Bahn zu bringen, weil ich so viel tragen musste. Das war wirklich außergewöhnlich und sehr lieb. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.
Eben als ob ich zu Besuch bei einer Familie von Bekannten wäre. Ansonsten war mein Zimmer sehr ruhig gelegen. Und die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof. Es gab einen Wasserkocher und einen Kühlschrank, was ich unbedingt wollte und deshalb diese Unterkunft gebucht hatte. Die Möbel und Einrichtung sind nicht super modern, aber auch das hat für mich eher den Charme eines Familienbesuchs und es hat mich nicht gestört. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und ich hatte mehr als genug Platz.
Das Viertel hat mir gefallen, es gab in der Nähe einen kleinen türkischen Buchladen und viele Lokale sowie einen Supermarkt. Mensch kann sich dort also gut versorgen. Die sonstigen Kommentare hier auf Booking zum Stadtviertel, in dem die Unterkunft ist, waren rassistisch und absolut unnötig. Das wollte ich hiermit mal einordnen.
Danke für die Gastfreundschaft! Ich hab mich bei Ihnen sehr wohlgefühlt.

Було брудно, ніби мій номер взагалі не готували до приїзду, відсутність кондиціонеру, моя порада заберіть цей пункт і не вводьте людей в оману(був тільки вентилятор).

Pros:

Przede wszystkim gospodarze byli bardzo serdecznie,pomocni . Pokój w sam raz , wygodne łóżka, telewizor w pokoju, lodówka również ,czajnik ,herbaty i kawa jak również express do kawy. Ale śniadanie 10/10 to uczta dla podniebienia , różnorodność potraw ,wszystko świeże ,smaczne i obsługa poprostu perfekcyjna .. Hotel kameralny w ciekawej dzielnicy .. Ale w naszej ocenie to 10/10 a może i 11.

Cons:

Za krótki pobyt w tak ciekawym miejscu.
