Das Hotel ist sehr schön ausgebaut. Die Lage in einer alten Kirche gibt einen besonderen Charme und wurde gut mit der Inneneinrichtung kombiniert. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Früchtekorb an der Rezeption war ein schönes Detail und die Früchte darin lecker. Toll war auch die Möglichkeit, im Zimmer einen Tee zu trinken.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer nahe am "Dance Studio" und wurden bis 21.30 Uhr mit lauter Musik beschallt. Da es vor der Schlafenszeit unseres Sohnes war, wars okay, anderenfalls wäre es schwierig geworden. Im Badezimmer fehlte der Abfalleimer, was ungewohnt war, da man alle Badezimmerabfälle im Hauptzimmer entsorgen musste.

Uma estadia impecável, com excelente atendimento, conforto e hospitalidade. Superou expectativas.
Pros:

Nossa experiência neste hotel foi excelente do início ao fim. O atendimento da equipe foi sempre cordial, atencioso e prestativo, fazendo com que nos sentíssemos muito bem acolhidos. As acomodações eram confortáveis, limpas e organizadas, e a preocupação com cada detalhe tornou nossa estadia ainda mais especial.
Parabéns a toda a equipe pelo profissionalismo/dedicação (repcionista Ligia/Bruna que nos auxiliaram muito no nosso idioma). É um hotel que transmite confiança, conforto e hospitalidade. Com certeza voltaremos e o recomendaremos a amigos e familiares.

Pros:

Nos dieron una habitación en la tercera planta, pero el ascensor solamente llegaba a la planta 2, por lo que tuvimos que subir toda una planta, por las escaleras, con todo el equipaje. Por lo demás muy bien, el trato de las señoras en la recepción y el personal del local del desayuno muy agradables.

Unfortunately, the hotel's upgrade had been delayed. So the hallway to our room was cluttered with tools & room accessories.

Nice enough stay though would probably choose a hotel closer to central station
Pros:

room was good size and the bed was comfy. Staff were friendly and accomodating.

I though the location was a bit far from the station - not a fault of the hotel though
