Water pressure could have been better and the TV was not much use for us. There were no English speaking options.

The walls between rooms are paper-thin, and you can hear absolutely everything happening in the adjacent rooms, and I mean everything, and that was really uncomfortable. There was more noise coming from inside the Hotel then outside.
Also, the bathroom door is basically nonexistent, offering zero privacy. It has gaps at the top and bottom and it’s made of thin glass, so if someone turns on the light in the middle of the night, the entire room lights up.

The shower was broken

I booked for two nights at the hotel but LEFT the follow morning!!!!. 1.There is a children's ballet school as part of the building with tons of teenage kids walking around classes this was NEVER DISCLOSED on booking. 2. A kicthen in the front part of the reception cooking food for the kids and the smell of cooking from entrance. 3. Parking to take your luggage is crowed and difficult and understood but the reality is far different. 4, Waking up with a child playground of kids making tons of noise right next to out window even though we wee 3 floor. 5. This is NO WAY A 4 STAR A HOTEL And the actual standard is 3 STAR HOTEL and the VERY DARK CORRIDORS TO a ROOM. I booked an alternative hotel that night and left in the morning for a proper 4 star hotel Clayton American Hotel! I can understand how this hotel get a 8.7 rating with the above at all!

It’s quite old school (decor and vibe) and a bible in the room was quite indicative of this.

Eigenlijk veel van de tijd in de nacht wakker gelegen en opgestaan met behoorlijke nekpijn.

Dit kwam omdat we 3 grote kussens hadden en maar 1 normaal kussen waar je wel prima op kon slapen. In de basis kan dit natuurlijk gebeuren, maar toen wij 's nachts belde voor een extra normaal kussen, konden ze die ons niet geven, omdat ze schijnbaar zelf geen sleutel hiervoor hadden naar desbetreffende ruimte. Hier stonden wij nogal van te kijken.. Daardoor moest één van ons verder slapen ZONDER kussen, omdat de rest veel te hoog lag.

Resultaat: geen nachrust en nekpijn. Het enige waarvoor wij een hotel boeken is de overnachting en misschien even een lekkere douche, maar dat viel hier echt flink tegen.

's Ochtends bij de receptie wilde we hier melding van maken, maar schijnbaar horen het allemaal grote kussens te zijn... Het normale kussen klopte volgens deze meneer niet.😅 De man reageerde niet vriendelijk en je voelde aan alles dat hij met name wilde dat we gewoon oprotte.

Ben je fan van een 'vriendelijke' service en hele grote kussens waardoor je naar je tenen kijkt 's nachts, vooral lekker gaan. Wij komen hier in ieder geval nooit meer terug.
