Great stay with excellent service, I would definitely return!
Pros:

Excellent stay! The location is great, everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The included breakfast was also very good. I will definitely come back!

Cons:

Overall everything was great, but I noticed a few small flies/moths in the room every day. It wasn't a big issue for me, but just leaving a note for management in case they want to look into it.

I really liked the hotel, facilities and location.

Cons:

I didn't like that I booked a room specifically due to the availability of balconies however I didn't get a room with one and when I inquired about it the attitude of reception was very poor. I even asked to speak with management but was ignored by the manager during my stay. Games reception plays when you contact hotels to ensure specific requests are honored was a huge let down after traveling a long distance. I decided to this hotel one day earlier.

Sehr freundliches Personal.
Ziemlich grosser Pool mit Aussicht über die Stadt. Super Rooftop/Pool-Bar mit leckeren Cocktails und Smoothies

Cons:

Die Glasscheiben des Pool/Dachbereichs-Geländers dürften wiedermal gereinigt werden, so dass man die Aussicht besser geniessen kann.
