Tolles, modernes Zimmer mit bequemem Bett.
Sehr freundliches Personal.
Ziemlich grosser Pool mit Aussicht über die Stadt. Super Rooftop/Pool-Bar mit leckeren Cocktails und Smoothies

Cons:

Die Glasscheiben des Pool/Dachbereichs-Geländers dürften wiedermal gereinigt werden, so dass man die Aussicht besser geniessen kann.

I really liked the hotel, facilities and location.

Cons:

I didn't like that I booked a room specifically due to the availability of balconies however I didn't get a room with one and when I inquired about it the attitude of reception was very poor. I even asked to speak with management but was ignored by the manager during my stay. Games reception plays when you contact hotels to ensure specific requests are honored was a huge let down after traveling a long distance. I decided to this hotel one day earlier.

Enjoyable and relaxing time had
Pros:

Great location in the heart of the city, close to everything. Room was clean/comfortable with good room service.
Breakfast was a great choice and food was good. Staff were observant and polite.
Pool on rooftop OK and nice gym and sauna. All in all would stay again.

Cons:

Nothing really. All good on this trip.

All good except for one thing!!
Pros:

Great breakfast, staff were attentive and very professional. Facilities were good

Cons:

Our room was at the rear of Building 2. You will need the earplugs provided in the room to have any hope of sleep before 4am every day. Tree Town music is very loud and it's right opposite the back of the hotel. Not suitable for families. This should be pointed out far more conspicuously prior to booking as it really affected what was otherwise a great place to stay.

Niet de moeite waard
Pros:

Ontbijt was erg goed.

Cons:

Wij moesten 1200 bath betalen omdat er een vlekje op kussensloop en handdoek zat.
En de slaapkamer was erg klein. We moesten onze koffers op het balkon laten staan.
