Une petite attention offerte par la responsable relation clients : un gâteau. Nous n'avions rien a fêter mais elle a insisté.

Cons:

L'hôtel est sur-évalué. Ce n'est franchement pas un 5 étoiles
Notre chambre au 6eme étage vue sur la ville avait des vitres qui ne fermaient pas correctement. Le bruit est infernal la.nuit.
La douchette des toilettes ne fonctionnait pas.
Le personnel qui se veut être gentil est trop insistant ça finit par agacer.
Le personnel de restauration est décevant et manque de professionnalisme
Buffet petit déjeuner et diner variés mais absolument sans goût en dehors des plats typiques Tunisiens qui étaient plutot bons
Le prix est de 80 dinar par personne pour dîner au buffet ce qui est absolument non justifié au vu de la qualité pauvre du buffet de A a Z.
Si vous n'y êtes pas en pension complète vous avez meilleur temps de dîner dans les restaurants a l'extérieur

i will submit written complaints to hotel manager. it is the worst Marriott in the world i experienced

it is the worst Marriott i had. 1. ventilation noisy, waiting for 30min. and fixed twice 2. only two small towels 3. room service staff came into room without permission. 4. no " do not disturb paper" in our room 5. whole room stinky 6. no towels in swimming pool. asked us to come in 30min. 7. air conditioner switch hidden in balcony you as customer you never know. . 8. elevator push bottom does not work, no light. caused confusion. etc. it is not worth than 100us$ two star hotel. but you changed for more than 200us$. it is shameful!

Breakfast was poorly managed, as empty tables were left uncleaned by staff.
Room service and housekeeping were equally disappointing: room cleaning was minimal (no floor/surface cleaning or water replenishment), and an empty room service tray I called to have cleared remained outside my room overnight.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel besonders für Familien mit Kindern weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Der Check-in verlief schnell und unkompliziert.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, direkt in der touristischen Zone und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Besonders praktisch ist der direkte Zugang zum Strand durch einen Tunnel, sodass man die Straße nicht überqueren muss.

Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt. Für Kinder gibt es ein eigenes Schwimmbecken mit Rutsche, was unseren Kindern besonders gut gefallen hat. Sie hatten dort sehr viel Spaß.

Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und bot eine schöne Auswahl.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer wirkt teilweise etwas älter und könnte modernisiert werden.
