Disappointing for a Marriott
Pros:

The check in staff were very friendly and helpful

The ac, telephone and kettle didn’t work

The Chef at breakfast was all on his own

Très bon séjour dans un hôtel élégant et bien situé.
Pros:

La chambre était très confortable, propre et bien insonorisée. Le personnel était accueillant et professionnel, et la piscine ainsi que les espaces communs étaient très agréables. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal pour profiter de Sousse.

Son attitude donnait l’impression qu’elle se considérait comme la propriétaire de l’établissement, avec un manque de respect évident envers certains clients et membres du personnel. De plus, son comportement peu professionnel, comme le fait de mâcher du chewing-gum en permanence, ne correspond pas aux standards attendus dans un hôtel de cette catégorie. Étant donné la réputation du groupe Marriott, je m’attendais à un niveau de professionnalisme beaucoup plus élevé. J’espère que cette remarque sera prise en considération afin d’améliorer la qualité du service .
