The hotel is very nice , very clean well maintained, it smells so nice every where and I like it , the location is amazing there is alote of coffee shops and restaurants around , it’s near from the beach they have a direct access, the room that I get is standard room with sea view and trust me it was breathtaking . We was there for one night only but for sure it will not be the last time for us there .
The staff is very professional well trained and very kind all of them are smiling and trying to help
Mme Wafa the guest relation responsible was very kind very helpful she introduced us to the hotel and all the facilities, she make sure that we are informed when our room is ready , she is really a good promoter face for the hotel . She make as amazed by the hotel before even starting our stay there 10/10
The breakfast was standard Marriott hotel , it will be nice if it get little bit richer .

Very good hotel conveniently located close to the corniche. Young and dedicated staff. A special mention for Abir at the reception. Good appreciation for Bonvoy status.
Breakfast was great and the staff was amazing. Always clean with a wonderful room fragrance.
Thank you again to Ms Wafa for her kindness and for helping us improve our stay.

We had a wonderful stay and would like to extend our sincere thanks to Mme Wafa for preparing such a beautiful room for our 1st wedding anniversary. The thoughtful decoration and the delicious cake made our celebration even more special and memorable.
A big thank you as well to the entire hotel team for their outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and kindness throughout our stay. The service was excellent, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless and comfortable.
We truly appreciated all the attention to detail and the warm welcome. Thank you for making our anniversary celebration so special. We look forward to coming back again! ❤️🎂✨
The only minor points I would mention are that the hotel is a bit expensive, and the pool closes quite early at 7:00 PM. Other than that, everything was perfect.
LOCATION
The hotel is in the middle of a one way system with constant traffic noise 24 hours, day noise levels may not be so noticeable on the ‘city view’ side - but on the opposite side it is on the main road. We had trouble sleeping for the duration of hour holiday hence not the peaceful and relaxing short break we had planned and paid for.
The hotel is the last on entire strip of accommodation along the Sousse beach surrounded by derelict hotels (literally watching pigeons flying in and out and directly next to the locals beach hence it was again not peaceful and relaxing and certainly not a pleasant view from either the hotel or beach.
THE ROOM
We had booked a Superior Double with Side Sea View (we did get the view).
On arrival there were no towels and in addition no robes, no mini-bar all listed as items available in our room when booking, and only 1 chair on the balcony. I asked for these to be provided by going down to reception and was told they would arrive. Despite going to reception to ask more than once, speaking to the Manager still no towels arrived eventually I had to phone ‘service’ and eventually got 2 robes and 2 bath towels, no flannels, no hand towels just 2 bath towels (not even decent towels, they provide better in Premier Inn). I called service again and after 5 hours gave up trying to get 2 smaller towels - to be honest had they ever arrived there wasn’t anywhere to even put a hand towel. This continued throughout our stay coming back every day to find no towels - beyond frustrating after a day on the beach to then wait 45mins for towels so we could shower.
Now we had towels my husband wanted a shower, he couldn’t believe it - the shower base was like a balloon that’s the only way I can describe it, you stepped on one bit and another bubble rose up he could barely stand up let alone shower it was a balancing act to stay upright. Due to no bath mat being provided water was all over the floor making it slippery and we had to use one of our two bath towels to dry it. We requested a bath mat and something for the shower to make it more stable. We eventually got a bath mat and a non-slip mat for the shower tray on the following day after speaking to reception, the manager and eventually calling service (mor than once). The shower was so dangerous and had the potential to cause serious injury - on speaking to other guests they advised the same thing. Also in the bathroom, there was a socket with black soot (also another socket the in the main room). The plug in the sink not working i.e. it didn’t close. The shelf in the shower not fixed and wobbly - unable to use it as everything slipped off.
Service in the room was dreadful too, apart from the issue with no towels and having to ask we came back on 1 day and still had dirty mugs, the same glasses and the area where the kettle was hadn’t been cleaned/tidied.
This was raised with our rep who said she would speak to the Manager.
FOOD/RESTAURANT
Put simply - food that should have been hot was either lukewarm or cold - soup, main dishes it was dreadful. Chicken not cooked. The only way to get anything hot was to wait for something being freshly cooked to then put on a cold plate. We finished up eating out for our last 2 nights following recommendation from another guest of a restaurant they and others had used to get a decent meal, we bumped in to quite a few familiar faces too!
I lost count how many times I saw people stirring their coffee/tea with a knife or fork handle, there was only a knife and fork laid on table no spoons - there wasn’t even cutlery you could help yourself too. We shouldn’t have had to keep asking for spoons.
A plus was that the salad bar was good as were the pastries and desserts.
Beware about what you might expect as part of your All Inclusive package. Food was only available at certain times of the day, no snacks in between times. When booking this “all-inclusive” hotel I was pleased it had 3 restaurants - I shouldn’t have had to read the small print to realise that it was only the buffet included, you can have 1 night in the a-la-carte and only a set Tunisian Meal after that you have to pay, there was also a 'bar by the pool' but all food there had to be paid for. It really is mis-selling as an all-inclusive.
This was raised with our rep who said she would speak to the Manager.
DRINKS
I don’t actually think we got a cold drink throughout the duration of our stay and water for hot drinks was lukewarm - tea/coffee. Water on the tables was never cold, when ordering a white or rose wine it was barely cold and they would ask if we wanted ice!! The coldest drink we had was water from our fridge (which thankfully worked). Beer, water, wine on the beach was never cold. Not acceptable for a 5* hotel.
This was raised with our rep who said she would speak to the Manager.
RESTAURANT AND BEACH STAFF (not to be confused with front of house staff)
They were the reason I felt I had to give a 2* rating they were lovely and looked after us so well and always with a smile (with a few dinars for their pockets). Malek on the beach made our days fun and again looked after us so well.
In summary this hotel was completely mis-sold as 5* and did not get what I paid for, it was very disappointing at the absolute best this is a 3* hotel.
Every issue was raised with the hotel at the time and/or with our rep.
the animation team of Mario and his guys is the best reason to choose this hotel for your unforgettable holiday. We can only recommend. Love forever❤️☀️🕺💃
