Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Sousse Marriott Hotel, and there were many things we truly appreciated.

The highlight of our experience was the exceptional hospitality. Mme Wafae from Guest Relations was outstanding ,warm, welcoming, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented. She made us feel genuinely valued as guests. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome gesture of a fresh fruit platter waiting for us in our room on the first day.

The food was very good, and we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. A special thank you to Mme Hana, our waitress, who was always kind, attentive, and provided excellent service with a smile.

Cons:

There are, however, a few areas where the hotel could improve. The breakfast selection could offer more variety, and the quality of the pastries and viennoiseries could be better. In addition, the coffee machines frequently malfunctioned, causing unnecessary delays and queues during breakfast.

Another disappointment was the refrigerator in our room, which did not work throughout our stay. We reported the issue to the reception on three separate occasions, but unfortunately, no action was taken. As we were travelling with an 8-month-old baby and her food and medicine, having a functioning refrigerator was particularly important.

Chambre vendue vue sur mer alors qu’elle a une vue partielle

Le diner et le petit déjeuner, petit buffet de longues queues pour une nourriture moyennement bonne.
Sur booking on nous vend des chambre vue sur mer (il faut rajouter de l’argent pour réserver) alors qu’une telle chambre n’existe pas! Ne vous faite par arnaquer comme moi la chambre que j’ai eu a une vue partielle sur mer et devant nous un autre hôtel!
Le spa est parfait sinon rien d’exceptionnel pour le reste!

2ème expérience décevante...
Pros:

L'hôtel a de la chance d'avoir un personnel de qualité, nous remercions notamment Wajih et Lotfi au restaurant, Mme Wafa à l'accueil.

Cons:

Un check-in prévue à 15h pour avoir la chambre à 17h. Chambre qui n'était pas celle réservée puisque nous avions payer une chambre de 35m2 avec vue partielle sur mer pr au final qu'on nous donne une chambre simple de 15m2. Il a fallu insister lourdement et être pris pour des gens qui voulaient être surclasser alors que notre réservation était très claire. Un moment plutôt désagréable qui nous a fait perdre quasi un après-midi de détente...

Great staff great place to stay
Pros:

The staff was the highlight of my stay.shout out to Mr Haroun Miss wafa and especially Mr Riadh what a trio of stars.
From the moment I stepped in the hotel through checking in to dining watching the World Cup final at soho restaurant to checking out these three staff members made me feel none but VIP.
what a brilliant team of dedicated peoples.

Un hôtel d’excellente qualité, offrant un séjour véritablement mémorable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cadre, le confort et la qualité du service. Seule une petite réserve concerne la restauration qui pourrait être améliorée.
Un grand merci à Aya pour sa précieuse recommandation nous reviendrons sans hésitation. Nous tenons également à remercier chaleureusement Balkis à la réception pour son accueil professionnel et attentionné ainsi que Haroun et Mohamed pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.
