Lovely staff but more thought should be given about what their guests needs at an airport hotel
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was ideal and was only a 5 minute walk to the airport terminal. The little shop sold snacks and souvenirs at prices that were similar to elsewhere - ie not hugely inflated prices, although everything in Faroes is expensive!

Cons:

The bedrooms are downstairs. My room (number 3) was directly below the dining room so I heard chairs scraping on the roof of my room all evening. I needed ear plugs to sleep at night, which I don't like doing as I have tinnitus.

I didn't see (or wasn't offered) the facility of a lift so I had to carry my suitcase up and down the stairs. Luckily I'm fit and strong with a light case but I can imagine many others would have problems.

Even though it was only a 5 minute walk to the airport, the path was a gravel path so it made wheeling a suitcase very difficult. When I asked whether there was an airport shuttle service I was told I could book a taxi. Bearing in mind this is an airport hotel, I believe more thought should have been given about the facilities that most of their guests would need - ie a good nights sleep and ease of getting to the airport with suitcases!

Cons:

When we arrived, there was only one person working both registration and serving as a waiter. IT had the system down and we weren’t able to get into a room for over 30 minutes while we sat in the lobby. The gentleman who was extremely kind in spite of him being put in a position of not being able to reach IT or his manager, was able to get us a room. He could not give us a key and said He would bring one down as soon as the system was back up. Which he did. I felt bad for him. He was understaffed and overworked, but incredibly gracious..

Pros:

Bella struttura.
Posizione ottima per la comodità con l’aeroporto.
Posizione comunque centrale per l’isola di Vagar.

Cons:

Prezzo elevato per ciò che viene offerto (camera piccola e bagno quasi inesistente).
Il ristorante (non incluso nel prezzo) ha un menu ridotto, di cui la metà dei piatti non erano neanche disponibili.

Fijn en goed hotel.
Pros:

Super aardig en attent personeel. Een tas was niet aangekomen vanuit Nederland. We konden een jas lenen om op de boot te gaan en daardoor hadden we het niet koud.

Pros:

Posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dall aeroporto.
Buon ristorante. Personale gentilissimo e molto professionale.
Camera un po piccola ma considerando l utilizzo di solo 1 pernottamento direi ottimo un compromesso.

Nice last night before leaving the Faroes
Pros:

Clean, easy check in, nice staff and a small souvenir shop. Right next to the airport. Pretty good breakfast.

Cons:

They had 6 main courses on the menu and they ran out of three of them. Very expensive room rate also

So much more than an airport hotel. We had a very comfortable stay here and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful.
Pros:

It was modern and stylish. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. An excellent breakfast.

Cons:

It would have been good to see a little more variety in the evening menu
