Was very nice.
Pros:

The staff were all super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We were supposed to have our room cleaned, even requested that it be cleaned. We were out all day and expected a clean room, it was not. The front desk clerk acknowledged our complaint and was very apologetic.

Kansas City here I come
Pros:

The staff were wonderful. Front desk staff as well as the ladies manning morning breakfast were very delightful and helpful.
The location is great a whole bunch of great little pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

The facilities could use a little work, starting to show a little wear in the rooms. Overall though a great little hotel with great staff.

Pros:

It was clean and comfortable. Close to the Union Station. It was right down town so it was easy to walk to most places or you could take the street car, which the grandkids liked.

Cons:

The pool was real small

Copa del Mundo - Kansas
Pros:

Es un hotel muy cómodo y bien ubicado. Tiene fácil acceso a servicios de transporte y esta en una muy buena zona. El desayuno es excelente, muy completo y para todos los gustos. Fui con mi familia y la pasamos muy bien.

Good place
Pros:

Great stuff, huge room, nearby train and good location, has nice gym.

Cons:

Pool wasn't looked great, old elevator, weird smell in the hallway, no vagetables in the breakfast and the room doesn't have safe.
