Far less satisfied than previous stays at the same location
Pros:

The location and security were excellent

Cons:

We asked for clean towels three times and never received them. Someone at the front desk accused us of harassing the housekeeper.

*Perfect area for exploring and being near KC Streetcar
*Amentities in the room like the fridge, dishes, and microwave

*One elevator was working
*The breakfast food not being hot or not having a place to warm it up at
*Not making it clear to guess that there is a $100 incidental fee, before they arrive!
*Housekeeping not changing trash, and adding towels or other items to the room during stay
*Shower wasnt properly cleaned, still hair in the shower from previous guest

A great choice for my conference stay that felt as comfortable as being away from home can be.
Pros:

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, professional, and courteous.

Cons:

The location was on a busy street with lots of foot traffic, but unfortunately, also frequented by several panhandlers.

It was sufficient for our needs.
Pros:

The location was good due the proximity to the Tram/Trolley that took us to arena area.

Cons:

It was difficult to get in the building. Very little drop off space, missed the entrance to parking lot the first time around, and the front desk being on the 2nd floor.
Also only 1 elevator was working.

Good stay at nice hotel.
Pros:

Location was great. Breakfast was good. There were no noise complaints. Water pressure was good.

Cons:

Only one elevator was working and it was very slow.
