Welcoming staff, great views, comfortable studio.
Pros:

The staff were great, very welcoming and professional. The room was clean, modern and well decorated with a large comfy bed. The terrace and view were stunning.

Cons:

Unfortunately when we arrived, we were made aware that the pool was not available due to cleaning. This was a shame, however we were compensated.

Pros:

I loved the room, was extremely comfortable and lovely facilities, it felt like home from home. The staff were very friendly and good with communication.

Cons:

There was no access to the pool, which i wasn't informed about until we got there. This was disappointing as that was one of the reason I booked.
I was also disappointed that the restaurant was closed 2 nights in a row but was only informed about 1 evening being closed which they compensated., so the 2nd night was difficult to get food as the location of the hotel is out of the way.

Overall good value for money.
Pros:

Customer service was great. Dinner was delicious. I appreciate the celebration gifts. The view is amazing. Spacious villa.

Cons:

I guess this is a design issue, but the AC is directly over the bed in the villa where I stayed. Staff need to be mindful of playing loud music early in the morning. This awakened me from my sleep.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the environment is wonderful and peaceful.
Pros:

The property exudes a serene and tranquil ambiance, creating a perfect setting for relaxation. We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and were warmly welcomed by the friendly receptionists. Our decision to return was equally delightful, making our second visit even more memorable and enjoyable.

Not bad for the price.
Pros:

Grounds are beautiful. The restaurant is very good (but with a somewhat limited menu). Has a weight room but no working pool.

Cons:

There was no hot water and no pressure in Cottage 2 and there were 2 roaches, one in the bathroom and one in the bed.

Pros:

Location - for our purposes - was excellent. The chalets are top quality.

Cons:

Some of the staff, particularly at reception were not good. Bar staff excellent though!
