Grant - awesome bartender!
Pros:

The location of this hotel is perfect, with a skywalk to the convention center where we were working over the weekend. The bar and restaurant area were welcoming and had a nice buzz of industry people to network with.

The food was great and the drinks even better.

The bartender, Grant, took excellent care of us and even recommended local restaurants to check out.

Great stay at the Downtown Hilton Des Moines.
Pros:

My stay at the Downtown Hilton in Des Moines was very enjoyable. Trevor in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. Olivia and Chris were super bartenders. Braeden was very helpful at check in and check out.

Definitely recommend!
Pros:

Sherman was a wonderful server who handled our large group very professionally. Nathan was kind enough to take our photo not once but twice. And Trevor was pleasant and we appreciated his hospitality. My meal was delicious. Was a very nice experience.

Pros:

Sherman and Trevor facilitated my WELCA group to enjoy supper on a Saturday night. The food was served in a timely manner. Trevor and Sherman were very gracious and made us welcome. Food was excellent and filling. Nathan took group photos for us twice.

Pros:

We booked the exact same room for our 5th anniversary as we had for our wedding night! That was cozy.
It is a lovely and clean hotel.

Cons:

There was the same problem with the shower door sliding open as there was 5 years ago.
