The place was beautiful, organized, clean, and welcoming.
Pros:

This was the best booking experience I have had in my life, and I don’t say this lightly. Upon pickup from the airport (which they provided), we were dropped off at the flats and immediately greeted by the friendliest staff. They gladly held our luggage and gave us lunch recommendations. When are rooms were ready, they messaged me. The rooms were spotless and beautiful. Every morning, breakfast was brought to our room on the time we requested and became customizable after the first morning. The staff was easy to get in touch with while we were away and never once treated us as an inconvenience. If we are ever in Lisbon again, we will be sure to stay here.
