EVERYTHING & EVERYONE.
Staff was exceptionally nice, informative and knowledgeable. The room/apartment was adorable, roomy & accessible.
The breakfast each morning was delicious, hot and just the perfect touch. The staff was flexible and kind. The access to Flats was perfect with such convenient accessibility to all the must see areas.
I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND this venue to anyone/everyone.

We only had one night in Lisbon. Wished we got to stay at the Chaiado Arty Flats Longer!!!
Pros:

It was a super cool little apartment. In a fabulous location in town. I absolutely loved the neighborhood as did my teenage kids. There was a wonderful Market across the street. We parked in front when we arrived and then literally walked the entire city from there...or everything we wanted to do!

Cons:

I have nothing negative to say about the hotel.

Esrancia cómoda y agradable en Chiado
Pros:

La localización, amabilidad del personal, la amplitud de los apartamentos, el desayuno muy completo y rico. La posibilidad de aparcar justo en frente en una de las plazas reservadas del establecimiento

Cons:

Mobiliario moderno pero a veces no tal funcional, que la terraza fuera en patio interior y con un ruido constante (supongo que de los aparatos de aire acondicionado)

Emplacement exceptionnel, accueil très sympathique, appartement très bien équipé. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et délicieux! Possibilité de laisser les bagages en consigne.

Excelente! Amazing location and staff!!

Location was phenomenal and so were the staff. I had a dental incident on our first day of our trip, but Miguel saved the day. He found me a dentist who made the necessary repair.
The rest of the staff was also wonderful. They made sure to welcome my son while we were out on a day trip. The facilities were super clean, the air conditioners worked great.
Breakfast was good and plenty. Scrambled eggs with bacon, milk, juice, a bowl of cereal, yogurts, breads including delish croissants, pastel de natas. My husband loved that it was brought up daily to the room. Highly recommend this place!!

Cons:

I did not like the amount of waist at breakfast. I would have preferred to order from a menu so there would not have been so much waste of good.

Beautifully designed apartment right in the heart of Lisbon. Loved the location and the design. Also, Katerina at the reception was so kind and friendly. Highly recommend! They also provided a generous breakfast in the room.

Nice and clean place in a nice area if Chiado
