Enttäuschend. Preis-Leistung stimmen nicht, Check-in Zeiten müssen bei Buchung stärker hervorgehobe!

Besetzung der Rezeption nur zwischen 15:00 und 22:30. Das war mir vor der Buchung nicht klar. Leider war um 15:00 niemand da, so dass ich nicht einchecken konnte und 15:07 samt Koffer zu meinem Termin aufgebrochen bin. Abends musste ich meinen Anlass früher verlassen, damit ich noch einchecken konn. War enttäuscht - das Zimmer war nicht schön, aber für eine Nacht akzeptabel. Es roch stark nach Putzmitteln, was mich störte, da man die Fenster wegen des Strassenlärms nacchts nicht offenlassen konnte. Ich würde nicht wieder buchen

Cons:

Durchgehender Lärm vom Autoverkehr und der U-Bahn. Sehr hellhörig. Beim Einchecken falsches, kleineres Zimmer erhalten, wurde auf Nachfrage unkompliziert korrigiert. Einen Tag vor der Abreise stand plötzlich ein fremder Mann mit Gepäck in unserem Zimmer und unsere Zimmerkarte war deaktiviert. Auch hier wurde schnell geholfen, aber es bleibt ein unangenehmes Gefühl zurück. Rezeption nur abends besetzt. Kein Frühstück, dieser Service wurde eingestellt..

Es war unmöglich die Unterkunft während der regulären Check-in Zeit telefonisch zu erreichen. Erst lange danach ging jemand ans Telefon. Die Rezeption war nicht bis 22 Uhr besetzt wodurch ich das Zimmer nicht nutzen konnte.

Slecht personeel, nemen niet op na 100x bellen

Hele dag contact proberen op te nemen met het hotel in verband met latere uur van aankomst omwille van fille. Geen een keer opgenomen of geantwoord. Pas na het contact opnemen met booking.com en hun mail naar het hotel, een onbeleefd antwoord gekregen om 21:30 dat het later aankomen niet mogelijk is. Hierdoor last minute een ander hotel moeten boeken en het geld niet terug gekregen.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité du centre-ville, ce qui est un véritable point positif et permet de profiter facilement des alentours.

Cons:

Nous avons constaté la présence de moisissures au niveau des joints de la douche, ce qui est assez décevant concernant l’état de la salle de bain.

Par ailleurs, nous avions effectué une demande pour avoir un lit double. Or, à notre arrivée, nous avons finalement eu deux lits simples.

Cons:

Réservation via le site booking pour le 5 septembre. Arrivés ce jour la personne à l'acceuil nous dit que nous n'avons pas de réservation mais qu'il est possible de payer en la chambre en espèces si nous le souhaitons. Nous avons choisi de repartir sans même regarder les chambres car l'endroit n'inspire pas la confiance.

Super Lage und toller Preis!
Pros:

Sehr zentrales Hotel in Stuttgart Mitte. Die Straßenbahn ist nur 2 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt.
Man braucht nur 1 Station fahren zum schönen Schlossplatz.
Zimmer sehr modern und sauber, komme wieder!

Prima schone en nette eenpersoonskamer met alle basisvoorzieningen, vriendelijke mevrouw achter de balie.
Pros:

Het balkon wat ik tot m’n beschikking had.
Ook de tramhalte en supermarkt op twee minuten afstand beviel mij.
