Pros:

Obsługa bardzo miła, muzyka w Kafeterii bardzo fajna, lokalizacja bardzo na plus, wszędzie blisko

Cons:

Cały pokój moim zdaniem do remontu, przeciekający prysznic, ściany i meble odrapane, podłoga z ubytkami, zapadający się materac i poduszka. Najgorsze były zasłony, które nie zasłaniały całkowicie okien podczas gdy na parkingu z tyłu całą noc jest włączone intensywne oświetlenie, więc jest ciężko zasnąć, bo w pokoju było bardzo jasno.

Perfect for one nights stay at a great location, I wouldn’t stay more though
Pros:

- After a days travel, this is a stones throw from the main train station in krakow so location ideal
- the breakfast that was included was tasty and the staff were nice. The room was clean.

Cons:

- the place was noisy with loud door banging. One guest made a lot of noise post 2300 and then my location of the room was right next to staff area and cafeteria, so more banging. So not the best sleep.
- the room was ok but did have a little smell to it at the beginning that I can’t put my finger on. Maybe someone smoking through the window or maybe just a fair bit of damp smell from bathroom until aired out.

Good place in central Krakow for 1 or 2 nights.
Pros:

Very good location - near train station. Convenient possibility to leave luggage. I had to check out in the morning and pick up the backpack at 3AM next morning and it was possible (for a minimal fee, because it was the next day). Friendly staff. Excellent communication before and during the stay. Tea, mini fridge and kettle in the room. Comfy beds.

Cons:

Poor sound isolation - people were talking in another room in the night and I could hear them clearly. Bus stop in front of the house - might be noisy if the window is open.

Amazing stay plus breakfast near city centre
Pros:

Cleanliness, good breakfast with big portions and big coffee included. It was extremely close to the city objectives. Great stay. Contrary to what others have reviewed, it was not loud in the room. Indeed it is close to the city centre therefore noise is normal but we travelled during festive times in Krakow and honestly there was no noise whatsoever.

Cons:

Nothing bad to say. Maybe the pillows and the mattress can be improved. We only stayed 1 night therefore everything was great. However maybe for longer stays it is not that comfortable.

Labai gera vieta.
Pros:

Kai užsisakinėjau buvo parašyta kad pusryčiai įskaičiuota, ryte kita administratorė pasakė, kad pusryčiai nepriklauso.

Cons:

Atvykome 3valandomis anksčiau, tai kad pasistatyti prie viešbučio aikštelėje buvo paprašyta sumokėti 80zl. Išvykome irgi 8 val, nors rezervacija iki 11val.
