Pros:

Location of the property was very convenient for the intended visit. Rooms were neat and clean. Valet, reception and restaurant staff were very polite and efficient. Reception staff Ms. Darshini was very helpful with check in and at restaurant.

I heard a lot of praise about their stay at your hotel (Tirunelveli GRT Residency). My thanks to everyone in the kitchen, waiters, and front desk for showing them a good time. The icing on the cake was the little celebration that you threw for their anniversary. You have earned a lifelong customer in us. Keep up the excellent service.

Great Welcome of the excellant Stay
Pros:

The stay experience is very good from starting till checkout,we have been received with an angavasthram and then a relaxing welcome drink.In checkin process were quick with all effective details and they provide a invitation for the Cult tea service which they provide Tea ,Coffee with Snack in the Lobby.and they used to interact with all the guest with comfort level during the session.we can anywhere any staff with smiling face and assisting Nature.

Great Experience and Excellency
Pros:

Excellent service right from pickup until drop end to end service was excellent. The rooms are clean, staff service are excellent each and every one of the staff are always smiling and welcoming the guest and never say no for any request. The restaurant food is authentic and price are nominal only with quality food and excellent delivery experience and satisfaction.

More than the value of money and over satisfaction and customer experience.

Arun, Deepak and front office manager have been guiding me when I have booked the hotel from abroad and explained the package very well.

Kudos Regency GRT Hotels Tirunelveli. The staff are a great asset for any service industry which is proven and delivered by GRT.

apple tree in nellai is very much good than grt --- pls keep u r standards

the bathroom & lavatory was horrible -- i have stayed in grt almost entire tamilnadu & i myself being a grt member from great foodie --- i haven't seen a rest room in this design - very uncomfortable --- not worth for the money
