اكيد سوف اكرر التجربة في نفس الفندق
Pros:

هذه اول مرة ازور طرابزون وكانت تحربة رائعة والفندق ممتاز بكل مرافقه والاستقبال كان رائع وخاصة الاخ حسام كان متعاون وخدوم جداً
لم اجرب المطعم الخاص بالفندق لضيق وقت الرحلة
اتصح به بشدة

Great hotel close to everything with excellent breakfast and awesome staff.
Pros:

Wonderful breakfast, great views of the Black Sea, central location close to shopping and restaurants, helpful and friendly staff, comfortable room, and excellent help parking our rental car.

Cons:

Restaurant was frequently out of items and drinks on the menu. One night it was closed, but staff offered to get take out for us, which we did.

Великолепный персонал, удобное месторасположение, красивое приветствие, быстрое и качественное разрешение возникших проблем. Никаких трудностей с парковкой, сотрудники всегда придут на помощь. Очень хотим вернуться и, учитывая НАШИ ошибки, отель будем бронировать заранее. В Трабзоне мы останавливались во многих отелях, советуем остановиться именно здесь.

Прямо скажем, мы были гости с проблемами((. Несмотря на перепутанные нами даты и полную загрузку отеля, сотрудник на ресепшене отлично разрулил сложившуюся ситуацию. Мы были очень рады и благодарны!). Отель - твердые 4 звезды на международном уровне, и в некоторых вопросах - выше). Вашу машину сотрудник сам поставит на парковку и по вашему желанию предоставит ее в любое время. Завтрак тоже на высоте. Всем рекомендуем. Хотим вернуться!

Pros:

Breakdast.and location close to the transportation.

Cons:

No view from the window (it was just a wall), it was dark even at noon. The terrible smell of cigarettes came when i opened the window.
Cleanliness was very poor, the bed linen, slippers were not updated during 5 days,
There was a large spider web above the wardrobe.

The wardrobe was very small for double room, there was furniture along the wall but only one short shelf to.put things on it. The same for bathroom, no shelves to keep stuff. 3 big mirrows for such a small room instead of really useful stuff.
