Fantastic, great service, great value and very comfortable.
Pros:

The staff is really customer-focused! I traveled with my daughter and two grandchildren and we were treated with the friendly and hospitable service. The breakfast was outstanding. The views from the 7th floor restaurant terrace were fantastic.

Cons:

The parking in the area is limited, so the hotel parked my daughter park her rented car in their lower level garage.

استقبال رائع، موقع جيد

تعامل الأخ حسام غاية في الروعة، الاهتمام في التفاصيل كالضيافة وغيرها

Cons:

للوصول لميدان طرابزون هنالك طلعة بسيطه قد تكون متعبة لكبار السن والأطفال، كان هنالك مشكلة في المكيف حيث كان على المروحة فقط للامانه ما توصلنا مع الاستقبال لان الجو كان مقبول نسبياً بس في اليوم التالي ذكروا لنا انه بالإمكان تعديله ، الغرف اصغر من المأمول بس مقبولة

Cons:

الغرف صغيره وتفتقر بعضها لاشياء مهمه مثل الاناره الكافيه وبعض الغرف لايوجد بها ثلاجه تبريد
