كانت إقامتي رائعة؛ الموظفون ودودون ومتعاونون جداً، وموقع الفندق ممتاز في قلب طرابزون. نظافة المكان ودورات المياه ممتازة أيضاً، وبشكل عام أنا راضٍ تماماً عن الخدمات المقدمة. اخص بالشكر الاخ حسام والموظفون الذين كانوا يركنون السياره كانوا متعاونين جدا

المكان جيد بمنطقة حيويه طاقم الفندق معاملتهم جيده اسعاره مقبوله

المكان موقعه ممتاز قريب ع ميدان طرابزون وقريب ع البحر جداً 10 دقائق مشي فقط ،، موقعه ممتاز وحيوي طواقم الفندق خصوصا في الاستقبال كانو جيدين حدا خصوصا حسام ،، الفطور على مستوى عالٍ من النظافه والترتيب الغرفه جيده

فقط الحمام بحاجه الى اكثر ترتيب والمكيف يجب تغييره 🙃🙃

اقامة رائعة ومن افضل الفنادق التي زرتها في تركيا
Pros:

كل شيء كان جميل ورائع الموقع قربة من ساحل البحر الاسود والافطار كان مطل على البحر
اما بالنسبة للافطار فكان جيدا جدا وكميات كافية ومتنوعة و طبعا نظافة الفندق والغرف والعاملين كانوا خدومين جدا وكانوا لطيفين ومبتسمين دائما
كان فندق رائع يستحق 5 نجوم
وهنا اود ان اشكر الاخ حسام في الرسيبشن كان لطيفا جدا ومتعاون جدا كنا سعداء تعرفنا على الاخ حسام كان يتواصل معنا دائما في اي شيء نحتاجه كما انه كان يتكلم العربية مما سهل علينا كثيرا
سوف اكرر زيارتي بالتأكيد
من افضل الفنادق التي زرتها في تركيا
