Et veldig godt og luksuriøst alternativ i Kyoto!
Pros:

Fantastisk flott hotell! Rommene var store og eksklusive, sengen var også utrolig god å sove i.
Personalet var også veldig vennlige og behjelpelige. Hotellet ligger meget sentralt til og du har gåavstand til det meste.

Cons:

Frokosten var ikke verdt pengene. Bestilte western frokost, men det var det ikke.

Pros:

Perfect location in the Gion district, Nishiki Market, and tons of attractions and shopping. Huge room with amazing staff. Breakfast delivered to your room.

Die Lage ist für Kyōto sehr gut , zentral gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.
Sehr engagiertes und nettes Personal- alle sprachen sehr gut englisch

Perfect hotel for family in a wonderful location.
Pros:

I and my family were very impressed with Alza Hotel. Receptionists were very prompt to help and willing to make more than basic. The room was plenty of space and cleaned. The hotel maintanence was exceptional.

Far Exceeded Expectations
Pros:

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our 5-night stay in Kyoto. The room was large and luxurious -- it surpassed the standards of even much more expensive hotels in which I have stayed. Staff were beyond helpful -- no request was too much, even when it required quite a bit of their time (especially with 8 of us in 4 rooms, we often had diverse requests). The Reception Staff remembered all of our names and greeted us every time we left or entered. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Cons:

Breakfast was interesting but not necessarily to my taste. The choice of a "Western" breakfast was somewhat of a misnomer. But there were always delicious croissants.
