Yep, it's as good as it looks!
Pros:

This hotel has it all. Great location, great staff, great food options (especially breakfast) and very comfortable rooms. Also, it's great value for money too. Staying here allows you to walk everywhere and see Sapa at a pace that suits you. For the money I paid I don't think I could have found a better hotel.

Cons:

Well, I liked everything so there's no need to find a negative when there are so many positives for this lovely hotel.

An unforgettable stay, breathtaking mountain views, and exceptional hospitality thanks to the amazing Ruby
Pros:

We had a really wonderful stay at Sapa Relax Hotel & Spa! The hotel is in a great location, right in the center of Sapa. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with amazing views of the mountains.

A special thank you to Ruby, who made our stay even better! She is such a kind, friendly, and helpful person. She was always smiling and happy to help us with anything we needed. She helped us plan all our activities, gave us great recommendations, and made sure everything went smoothly. We really appreciated all the time and effort she put into making our stay so enjoyable.

We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa. We would love to come back!

Thank you so much, Ruby, for everything! You really made a difference, and we truly appreciate your kindness and help. 10/10

Cons:

Absolutely nothing! Everything was perfect, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Great location and staff
Pros:

The hotel was extremely well located. Walking distance from SaPa train station, Moana cafe and city centre. Staff were extremely nice and helpful.
