المبنى قديم والمصعد يتعطل ياستمرار والصور في بوكنج ليست كما الواقع كانت اقامتي 4 اايام في هذا الفندق لم استطع اكمال الاقامه لاني صدمت من الواقع فحجزت في فندق اخر المهم الاخوه العرب سامحكم الله على هذي التقييمات اعطيتو الفندق اكثر من حقه بتقييمات عاليه وهو لايستحق علما ان التقييم امانه وهذا تقييمي لماحدث لي بكل امانه حتى لايقع احد بهذا الموقف

Fantastic stay with incredible mountain views and outstanding service!We had a wonderful stay at Sapa Relax Hotel & Spa. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and the breakfast selection is decent each morning. One of the absolute highlights was the great mountain view straight from our room window—truly beautiful to wake up to. The location of the hotel is also excellent and very convenient.The staff here are incredibly friendly, but we want to give a very special mention to Ruby. She went completely out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. If you visit, definitely ask for her! She has a fantastic little itinerary that she has put together for guests, and she was always willing to advise, guide, and help us with whatever we needed. She was even available on WhatsApp at any time if we got stuck or needed assistance.Highly recommend this hotel, especially thanks to the amazing hospitality from Ruby!

Un moment suspendu entre nuages et montagnes
Pros:

Nous avons aimé l’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel pour nous aider. Le roof top était un lieu chaleureux et exceptionnel avec une vue incroyable ! On nous a généreusement offert le petit déjeuner qui était délicieux et très varié.

בסדר לשהייה קצרה.
Pros:

מלון נחמד ולא יקר. במרחק הליכה מרחוב החנויות והמסעדות עד להגעה למרכז. חדר אוכל מרווח וארוחת הבוקר בסדר.

Cons:

למרות שיש חלון קטן החדר לא מאוורר ויש תחושה של חנק. המזרון לא היה מאוזן המקום של הכריות היה שקוע ולכן ישנו בצד השני. נדרש נקיון יסודי יותר.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and available, especially for Ruby that help us to organize every tour including the transportations. She always worries about our experiences and that we enjoyed every moment. Thanks to Ruby we felt like at home.

Pros:

Lovely location and staff. They couldn't do enough for you! Good tips on attractions. Comfortable beds and hotel set in a perfect location. Just off all the business but still very central.

사파 강추 가성비 최고 혼자 묶어도 만족

아침에 커튼을 열자마자 펼쳐지는 풍경이 정말 예술이었어요. 이 뷰 하나만으로도 숙박할 가치가 충분했습니다.

조식도 기대 이상으로 맛있었고, 종류도 다양해서 든든하게 하루를 시작할 수 있었습니다. 🍳☕ 객실도 깨끗하게 관리되어 있었고 침구도 편안해서 숙박하는 내내 만족스러웠습니다.

솔직히 뷰, 조식, 객실 컨디션까지 삼박자가 다 좋았던 숙소​였습니다. 사파 여행을 계획하고 있다면 마운틴뷰 객실은 돈이 전혀 아깝지 않았고, 다음에 다시 사파에 온다면 고민 없이 다시 예약하고 싶은 곳입니다. 👍

Cons:

굳이 아쉬운 점을 하나 꼽자면 엘리베이터가 1대뿐이라는 점입니다. 체크인이나 조식 시간처럼 이용객이 많은 시간에는 잠시 기다려야 할 수도 있습니다. 다만 크게 불편할 정도는 아니었고, 이 점을 제외하면 전반적으로 만족도가 매우 높은 숙소였습니다. 😊

Great location and excellent service – especially from Ruby :)
Pros:

The location is excellent! But what really made our stay so great was the amazing, wonderful service we received from the incredible Ruby, she truly looked after our well-being, helped us with everything we needed, and made us feel like VIPs :) service like this is simply one of a kind!
