Lo consiglio vivamente
Pros:

La struttura si trova in posizione perfetta, a due passi dalla piazza principale e dal centro della città. La stanza molto spaziosa e pulita. Lo staff veramente gentile e professionale. Ottima la colazione.

Comfortable, safe and beautiful
Pros:

I definitely loved our terrace waking up with a mountain view and loved that it was near to a lot of places like fansipan. Good to have the spa facilities too

Warm, welcoming staff, friendly and clean environment, couldn’t ask for more!
Pros:

The staff at this hotel provided exceptional service even before we arrived. We had neglected to include breakfast in our booking but that was no problem to the reception staff and they sorted this without any concern at all. All reception staff were huge smiles which means everything to both of us. The room was large, had a good view of the Sapa hillsides and every facility worked well. Thank you, Sapa relax hotel and spa, we enjoyed every minute staying with you.🙏

It is located at the best location. The facilities were exceptional. All the staffs were so helpful and kind they provide exceptional service including managing tour for us. They provide all guidelines to visit Sapa. We really appreciate the unwavering support from hotel staffs. I recommend everyone to stay in this exceptional hotel and enjoy your tour without any difficulty.
