Great location, close to restaurants , shops , coffee and massages without being in a busy area .
Definitely quiet at night.
The front of house staff were extremely friendly and helpful .
Our price for our 2 night stay did not include breakfast but was thrown in as a bonus.
After having a drink at the roof top bar the lady up there told me I had to pay for our drinks in cash and couldn’t add them to the room or use card facilities.
She was quite rude and put out when I told her the only cash I had was in my room , Thats when she reluctantly pulled out the eftpos machine.
She was definitely an exception to the normal as far as the lovely staff was concerned.
The location was great. Shower was awesome. Breakfast was great. Rooms are pretty and the cafe/bar area at the top has a nice view.
They do need a few more channels on the TV.

The hotel is in a great location, close to everything without being noisy , like some places right in the heart of town
The roof top bar area was nice but you couldn’t add the price of drinks to your room as you do everywhere else in Vietnam , the girl running things up there seemed very annoyed when I told her I had no cash and she had to go and get an eftpos machine , this was out of character to the rest of the staff that were all extremely nice
Great location downtown sapa. The room had a great view on the mountain (when clouds are nice to us), and the rooftop allow for an even better view if needed.
The staff was really helpful by offering us breakfast and guarding our luggage, even when we left for a 2 days trekk. Finally, they allowed us to stay and rest a bit in the lobby before check in... Perfect when you arrive with a sleeper bus in the middle of the night.
Overall a great stay here and I'd recommand.
Location was very central, and staff very lovely.
All the staffs are friendly and helpful. They helped us to book bus tickets from Hanoi to Sapa and from Sapa to Halong Bay. Ms. Ruby the receptionist she always help us to check the weather and recommended us with best coffee shop in Sapa.

他の部屋の眺望は分かりませんが
SAPAをイメージする山の景色を望んでいるならマウテンビューをリクエストした方が良さそうです

The main lady on the reception was really helpful and kind in helping us navigate Sapa and plan what to do. The breakfast was great with a lot of choice. The rooms were spacious and clean.
