Excellent hotel, awesome experience, kind and lovely staff
Pros:

It's a really nice hotel in the city centre and close to most attractions. The staff especially is really nice , I loved my stay here a lot because of the helpful staff, specifically Ruby and also Nhu, they are the sweetest and some of the best people I've met. I highly recommend staying here you will have an excellent experience.

Pros:

Hotel in a very central location. The rooms are good, bright, good value for money. The hotel staff went out of their way to make us happy, we booked a room without breakfast and received a meal. Mrs. Ruby at the reception was amazing and made sure we were happy and gave us great and helpful recommendations for an unusual day trip. Thank you Ruby

Céntrico pero con peros....

Sinceramente deja mucho que desear la habitación..
Primero valoremos lo bueno:
- Desayuno: tienes desayuno típico Vietnam y luego gofres, chocolate, yogurt para cereales.. Esta bien, la verdad y si que es cierto que los 2 días que estuvimos nos dieron desayuno gratis.
- Tiene vistas en la azotea chulas y la verdad que para grabar muy bien.
- Esta céntrico
- Cuando llegamos debe ser que nos explicaron que había 2 botellas en el frigorífico y otras 2 fuera, las del frigorífico valían 20K cada una, pero en la habitación no hay ni un solo cartel de esto y nuestro ingles no es muy bueno y no nos enteramos. Cuando nos marchamos nos pedían pagarlas y la verdad que indicamos que no recordábamos que esto nos lo dijeran y las chicas de recepción nos la dieron gratis (sinceramente creo que es como ganan likes este hotel)

Cons:

Vamos con lo negativo:
- 2 botellas en frigorifico: sin cartel de costo y habia 2 fuera..para mi es una falta de informacion visible y mas siendo hotel y zona de turismo.
- Frigorífico: no vale para nada..no enfría nada, metimos botellas para nuestro viaje la noche anterior y si las hubiéramos dejado en la terraza habrían estado mas frías. A parte suelta mucho calor y esta metido como en un armario.
- Limpieza: no sólo se valora la limpieza de Zonas Comunes, que puede ser espectacular, pero donde voy a estar en la habitación y aquí es donde entramos en el lío..polvo a mas no poder (no recomiendo si te da alergia el polvo como a mi), que me daba cosa hasta coger el secador por el polvo y esparcido, o suciedad donde el telefono de restos de mugre.. cortinas de baño negras por debajo.
- Sin mantenimiento o mantenimiento deficiente: los grupos estaban asquerosos, no se si por la cal o el agua de aqui, el caso es que daba un poco de asco tocarlo, al igual que los recipientes de jabón o donde se ponen los cepillos de dientes.
-Ruido: si te cuesta dormir por ruido o te despiertas rápido con alguno, no es tu hotel.

Sinceramente, deja mucho que desear y aunque pensábamos que cuando llegamos era porque no les habría dado tiempo, entraron a limpiar al dia siguiente y todo seguía como si tal cosa, salvo el cambio de toallas.
No estoy nada contenta con esto porque la verdad que cogi este hotel pensando en que estaría bien cuidado y las habitaciones estarían decentes aunque pagase un poco mal y ha sido decepción.

Al menos espero que este comentario sirva para que cuando lo cojáis, sepáis que posiblemente os encontraréis con lo que nosotros nos encontramos y no sea sorpresa.

Buen viaje a todos y sin duda no dejéis de visitar SAPA ya que es fantástico.

Fantastic stay & Super staff!!!
Pros:

The location of the hotel which is right at the city centre fantastic views & courteous staff. Special mention - Ms. Ruby was really very helpful during our entire stay, right from assisting us with sight-seeing, travel assistance etc. Fantastic stay & Super staff!!!

Our stay in this hotel was a memorable one!
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent! But I suggest to add more variety of choices like bacon, pork and chicken menu. The location is in proximity to many great restaurant, shops, stations and town center. The room was pristine clean and smell fresh everyday! Shout-out to Ms Ruby of the reception for her warm and kind assistance for our every queries. She's a gem!

Cons:

Just a little improvement on the drain hose of lavatory sink since it takes a little longer time to drain the water. I suggest you replace the flexible hose by conventional p-trap lavatory drain system.
