Spacious and convenient
Pros:

Very comfy big beds. Good size apartment, great location

Cons:

Very hot, needs air con built in or better fans, fridge door coming off, could do with a rug or something in the living room, needs a bit of doecoration

Worth the money, exactly what we needed, really comfortable

I probably wouldn’t stay there again in summer it’s just too uncomfortable
Pros:

The amenities were good … the availability of the restaurant in Holiday Inn is convenient

Cons:

The heat …. The apartment was extremely hot when I arrived and continued for my 10 night stay. I was going to move to an air conditioned hotel but the lovely staff at Livid provided me with a portable air conditioner which didn’t cool the apartment but did cool me.

Great stay, close to Watford Junction Station.
Pros:

Great location, helpful and friendly checkin team. Room was on the top floor, spacious, nice and well maintained, clean and tidy too.

Cons:

We stayed during the heatwave in June, although two large desktop/floor standing fans had been provided. There is no air conditioning, or built in ventilation in the rooms, so they were unbearably hot even overnight. Would definitely stay again, but not in 30+ degree weather!

Lovely apartment but not good in summer
Pros:

Very close to train station. Lovely apartment with everything I needed

Cons:

No air con and sun on the room all day meant it was unbearably hot, even with the two fans provided

Great location but lacking of temperature control.
Pros:

Great location and large living space. Enough utensils and equipment for cooking etc.
Comfy and clean.

Cons:

No air-con and the room was like an oven in the current heat. There were fans in the room but they simply blew hot air around the room. Consequently the windows had to be open but then that led to exterior noise and a loose drain cover being clunked by every passing car.
If I spend £150 a night id expect functional temperature controls in my room.

Nice but hot apartments
Pros:

Apartment clean n tidy n parking ( at a charge easy)

Cons:

Very hot apartments ( 2 booked)
Had to pay £10 x 2 for air conditioning units delivered to rooms
They were noisy n took 6 hours to cool the rooms

Lovely stay
Pros:

We stayed for a concert in Wembley. It is close to the train station so very easy to get to and from Wembley. The rooms are very spacious. Will definitely be visiting again.
