Disappointed this stay!
Pros:

It fitted all of our family, the showers were great and it’s nice and central in location.

Cons:

One the of units was not cleaned well, blood on a sheet, mould on the wall and ants every where. When we tried to tell the owner he dismissed us with saying we didn’t need to use that bed and there was nothing he could do as the cleaners were not due till the next day. He didn’t even offer us a sheet so we could change it ourselves.
Also the gym and spa were locked and when we we went to ask to have it unlocked, we were told the manager was offsite with the key and then the next time no one bothered to come to reception to help us.
Needs better cleaning and nicer customer service and the amenities you offer should actually be available.

Absolutely Amazing I’ve stayed here 3 times now

Absolutely cosy it’s like a mini home away from home.

It would be great to have Rails in by the Steps or Ramps around 20-26 areas

Pros:

Our unit suited our requirements, having our 2 grandsons with us to experience the steam train
Well presented and clean

It wasn't so much about not liking anything.
