A little disappointing service, fine motel for a night stay .
Pros:

Tidy room, pet friendly, good shower pressure for older facilities.

Cons:

Tried to contact twice prior to arrival with no response. We checked in later and there was no one on reception - waited 15min before going into motel to look for someone. Not all rooms are pet friendly (paid for a more expensive room but given cheaper one due to having dog), there was also a cockroach in our room. They were made aware we were coming with a young baby so it might have been nice if the room could have been pre-warmed as it was freezing.

Shingle drive way to bottom units lets the place down makes it untidy.. Also no sun on the room made it feel cooler.
