البداية، أحب أن أتقدم بالشكر والتقدير لطاقم الاستقبال في فندق الحمراء على هذا التميز والاحترافية في التعامل، وعلى حرصهم الكبير على تذليل الصعوبات وخدمة النزلاء بكل اهتمام.

منذ سنوات، وفندق الحمراء هو خياري الأول عند زيارتي للكويت، وهذه المرة تحديدًا أكدت لي هذه التجربة أن اختياري كان في محله. فقد واجهتني مشكلة بسبب خطأ في الحجز، وكان من الممكن أن تؤثر على رحلتي، ولكن تعامل إدارة الفندق وطاقم الاستقبال مع المشكلة كان على مستوى عالٍ جدًا من الاحترافية وسرعة الحل.

وأخص بالشكر الأستاذة Shams والأستاذ Rhamel، فقد كان تعاملهما مثالًا رائعًا للاحترافية وحسن التعامل والعمل المتكامل. الحقيقة أن مستوى الخدمة الذي وجدته في فندق الحمراء يجعله ينافس وبكل جدارة العديد من فنادق الخمس نجوم.

ومن أكثر ما يميز فندق الحمراء، في رأيي، هو الطاقم الاحترافي والمتناغم في العمل، إضافة إلى موقعه الاستراتيجي؛ فهو قريب من معظم الأماكن السياحية والمقاهي، وقريب جدًا من سوق المباركية، كما يقع في منطقة راقية وهادئة بعيدًا عن الإزعاج، ويوجد بالقرب منه مجمع تجاري يبعد خطوات قليلة عن الفندق.

أما الإفطار، فهو ممتاز من حيث تنوع الأصناف وجودة الطعام ونظافة المكان، وكذلك سرعة الإنترنت في جميع أنحاء الفندق، بالإضافة إلى توفر وسائل المواصلات العامة وسيارات الأجرة .

وأحب أن أذكر نقطة مهمة جدًا لاحظتها خلال إقامتي، وهي الأمانة والحرص من عمال النظافة. فقد كنت أترك بعض أغراضي في الغرفة، وعند عودتي أجدها في مكانها كما تركتها، وهذا أمر يستحق الإشادة والتقدير.

وفي الختام، كل الشكر والتقدير لإدارة فندق الحمراء ولجميع العاملين فيه على هذه الاحترافية والاهتمام بالنزلاء. لقد نجحتم في تقديم مفهوم مميز للفندقة الحديثة، ليس فقط من خلال المكان والخدمات، وإنما من خلال الإنسان الذي يقدم الخدمة وحسن تعامله مع الضيف.
