Everything is perfect wonderful clean and smells good and all the staff are very nice and friendly and amazing specially ernes , talaat , ez , sayed kamal, ahmad the manager , shekar , javier and william all of them very helpful and very responsible i will definitely come always to this hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I really loved the location—it’s quiet, peaceful, and conveniently close to many landmarks, making it easy to explore the city.

Thank you so much for the complimentary room upgrade. It was a lovely surprise and made my stay even more enjoyable.

A very special thank you to Ernest, who went above and beyond to help me throughout my stay. He assisted me with my car rental and even helped arrange my transportation to the airport due to the situation in Kuwait. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made a difference.

I also really enjoyed the breakfast. It was delicious, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing.

Most importantly, every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel at home.

I truly appreciate everything and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

المكان جيد من حيث الموقع

Cons:

1- يحتاج المكان إلى تطوير من حيث الأثاث الذي أستهلك كثيراً بما فيهم الزل في الغرف
2- مواقف السيارات قليلة مقارنة بعدد الغرف .. إضافة إلى فرض تسليم مفتاح السيارة إلى الموظف إجباراً ورغبتي في عدم تسليم ريموت التشغيل للسيارة .. وقد حدث لي وللمرة الثالثة في هذا المكان تعطل بطارية السيارة .
3- بركة السباحة وما يخيطها من ( الشيشة ) إضافة إلى أنها باردة جداً

فندق نظييييف وطاقم راقي بالتعامل وكل شي جديد بالفندق وقمه الراحه والهدوء ومناسب للعوائل جدا وسعره كان الصدمه بالنسبة لمستوى الفندق كان السعر ممتاز واكيد راح أكرر زيارتي للفندق

I always stay at this hotel and have always been very happy with my experience. Unfortunately, this time was completely different and very disappointing.

The floor I was staying on had many young children who were running and playing in the corridors, shouting, and banging on doors throughout the night. I was unable to sleep at all.

I contacted the reception and asked them to do something about the noise, but unfortunately, the situation did not improve.

As a regular guest who has always enjoyed staying at this hotel, I was very disappointed with this experience. I believe the hotel should handle situations like this more seriously to ensure that all guests can rest and sleep comfortably.
