The room was terrible and full of insects. I couldn’t sleep all night.
There were many insect bites all over my body.
We left the room early in the morning.

Cons:

رغم تصنيفه أربع نجوم، إلا أن مستوى الخدمة والاهتمام يلامس فنادق الخمس نجوم بكل أمانة.

الموظفون قمة في اللباقة والمهنية، وتشعر فعلًا أنهم يبحثون عن راحتك قبل كل شيء واحب ان اشكر الاستاذ نايف على كل الكرم والحفاوة التي استقبلني بها

والأجمل أن للفندق هوية سعودية واضحة في التصميم والضيافة والتفاصيل، حتى في تقديم القهوة السعودية والشاي وفي وركن العطور الشرقي وغيرها ، وهذا يعطي المكان روحًا مميزة ودافئة تختلف عن كثير من الفنادق
