Central apartments with full facilities
Pros:

Located directly across the road from the lake it was convenient for everything in central part of town. The kids loved that there was a gelateria at the front door. Rooms were quite large and the facilities more than adequate to support a family. Having 2 keycards per room gave so much more flexibility. We used two apartments to fit our family but they were side by side so this was not a big issue.

Cons:

Open plan meant it was harder to get a quiet space with an active family.

الفندق عبارة عن شقق يكون تسجيل الوصول فيها ذاتي يتوفر فيه عدة طبخ كامله مع غسالة ملابس
لما تحجز ترسل لك كامل التعليمات لتسجيل الوصول الذاتي
يكون عندك رمز تفتح به الباب الخارجي وبعدها يوجد صندوق فيه مفتاح الشقة تدخل الرمز مره ثانية لفتح باب الصندوق وتاخذ مفتاح الشقة وتدخل
رقم الشقة مسجل في عقد الايجار الموجود مع المفتاح
قريب من البحيرة ومن عبارة بحيرة كومو تقريبا 7 دقائق مشي للانطلاق لقرى بحيرة كومو وفيه سوبر ماركت مشي دقيقتين
يبعد عن السنتر تقريبا 7 إلى 10 دقائق مشي

ملاحظة / الي حاب يحجز العبارة لازم تحجز بدري جدا قبل الساعة 7 تكون موجود لقص التذكرة
لانك راح تمسك لاين طويل جدا إذا تاخرت

عدم وجود مواقف في الفندق وهاذا كان متعب بالنسبة لي
ووقفت في مواقف عمومية خلف الفندق 3 دقائق مشي تكلفتها 23 يورو لليوم كامل
صعوبة وقوف السيارة جنب الفندق عند تسجيل الوصول وإنزال الشنط لان الطريق جدا ضيقة ولا يوجد مكان تركن فيه السيارة الين تسجل وصول وبعدين تركن سيارتك في المواقف
كما هو الحال في فنادق اوروبا لايوجد خدمة انزال وتحميل الشنط

Bien dans l'ensemble mais a ce tarif/nuit, tout devrait être impeccable, un effort svp...
Pros:

L'accès est facile et l'immeuble est proche du centre tout en étant hors ZTL. La propreté est bonne. L'appartement est finalement assez petit mais avec un grand balcon. Parking juste a coté a 20 €/jour. Carrefour Market aussi juste a coté donc pratique. Les produits de base pour la cuisine et la sdb sont fournis c'est appréciable.

Cons:

(Apt 11 au 1er étage sur rue)
Un seul verre a pied, tasses a café avec anses cassées, couverts et verres dépareillés.
Volet extérieur occultant en mauvais état en bas du coté chambre.
L'Abatant des toilettes était cassé.
Les câbles de la télévision sont apparents et pendent en dessous.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage

Cons:

Leider wurde das Zimmer nicht für vier Gäste (2Erw 2 Kinder) vorbereitet. Keine Handtücher, keine Schlafcouch Bettzeug. Das Badezimmer war sehr stark von Schimmel an den Wänden betroffen.

Трябва да се сменят завивките с нови.Нямаше достатъчно ножове,таблетките за миялната не са в стайте,а на рецепцията.Малък апартамента,става за двама човека,но не и за трима..
