We had a great stay! The hotel is in a lovely district of the city and has a beautiful, original design that gives the place a lot of character.
The room was very clean, with an extremely comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with a great shower. Despite being in the city, it was surprisingly quiet, which made it very easy to get a good night’s sleep.
Most importantly, Giorgi was a wonderful host. He gave us such a warm welcome and made us feel genuinely at home - a true experience of the Georgian hospitality.
Clean and comfortable, enjoyed the shared balcony from our room.
Great location for exploring the old city
We felt the breakfast was a little expensive for what you get.

Great location. Small walk from the old town hut in a very cute area itself. Great bed. Comfy, modern room with great AC. Breakfast is amazing, recommend.
Initially we were given a room with a broken and noisy shower, and a skylight only with no windows, despite being advertised as having a “mountain view”. The host Giorgi moved us to a different room after the first night and was extremely helpful and generous throughout.
The overall decorations of the facility is nice and they had really high ceiling too.
The room was slightly underwhelming for the price tbh. When I arrived at 4am, there was no water and then when I wake up, I had no electricity. But there was zero communication from the staff. I texted the manager and no response as well even in the morning. I tried to ask the front desk lady about transportation to Kazbegi and she said she could ask her manager so I just messaged the manager myself. When I did, he was okay helpful. So honestly I just don’t even ask for help from the hotel staff when I am there.

Ce n'était pas très bien insonorisé entre notre chambre et le reste de l'hôtel. En effet, la chambre est située à côté de l'entrée et de l'accueil, nous entendions les autres clients entrer et sortir ou faire leur check-out, nous entendions toutes les discussions.
Le matelas était beaucoup trop mou, nous avons eu mal au dos et aux cervicales durant plusieurs jours (lorsque nous l'avons signalé, la personne à l'accueil ne semblait pas surprise).
L'hôtel est beau, mais peu confortable si l'on souhaite un bon lit et du calme (le but d'un hôtel étant surtout de dormir).
La personne du petit-déjeuner ne semblait pas très chaleureuse.
Le gérant nous a recommandé un resto en nous informant que si nous disions que l'on venait de sa part, nous aurions une réduction, ce qui n'a pas été le cas.
Rapport qualité-prix qui ne vaut pas le coup malheureusement.

Great location in a nice quite street, clean and comfortable, very good traditional breakfast.
Georgi and Anna are the best! Their breakfast service was excellent, they have a very good attitude.
The wifi was sometimes week in our room, but it was the most remote room. In other places in the hotel the internet was great.

Очень темно в номере, в коридоре, даже жутко. Балкон общий для всех и даже не открыть шторы, чтобы было хоть немного светлее, тк на балконе посторонние люди.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place looks beautiful and cozy, and the room had a very homey feeling. The breakfast was a lovely experience, featuring much variety and local dishes served with love by Anna. Other members of the staff were amazing and consistently helpful. Furthermore, the neighborhood felt very safe for a solo traveler. I highly recommend it
