Staff went above and beyond, beautiful room.
Staff are lovely. Dining room is great and breakfast was yum.
Decor is a bit outdated. Stayed in room no 3. No window, shower was blocked, weird mechanical noise came from the ceiling every few minutes.
The staff are so welcoming,especially Lavinia at reception, nothing is too much trouble, absolutely spotless place, luxurious, food was to die for, breakfast big variety to suit everyone, location spot on as well, wanted to stay longer !!

Die Dame an der Rezeption war total nett und das Frühstück war toll.
Das Zimmer hatte einen seltsamen Geruch und der Ausblick war in die nächste Wand und man konnte nicht lüften. Es war überall Staub, also es wurde länger nicht geputzt. Der Teppich hatte sehr viele Flecken - hier wäre ein anderer Boden mal anzuraten. Im Badezimmer war sehr viel Schimmel zu sehen.
Great value-for-money hotel. Elegant interior, has free parking for guests and is located close to Portrush and scenic spots of Northern Ireland such as Giant's Causeway, Benone Beach or Dark Hedges. The breakfast was also delicious (we had the bacon omelette, scrambled eggs with salmon and pancakes).

Lovely hotel about 15 minutes walk from the town centre. Staff super friendly and helpful. Very nice room, very comfortable bed. Never made it down to breakfast so can't comment on it. Would definitely stay again.
