Not the hotel but there are no taxis or ubers available in Portrush The hotel will provide a lift if their staff are free but not if they are busy which is understandable.

The hotel perfect for our stay and would definitely recommend.
Pros:

The reception staff were so helpful - especially Lily. We were attending a wedding in Portrush so needed to get ready after travelling. Lily organised an early check in which was great and also the hotel courtesy bus to take us to the ceremony at the Town Hall. We only stayed one night and didn’t have breakfast but enjoyed a drink in the bar on our return and the music was good.

Cons:

The automatic light in the en-suite bathroom which has a glass door.

Hotel was really lovely and the room was beautiful and so clean and had everything u could think of. The entertainment was good in the bar . And the Breakfast was so good. I will definitely be back to stay again.

Brilliant get away to the Port. On our Anniversary we will be back.
Pros:

Walking distance to the bars and restaurants etc. A lovely bar area and a relaxed feeling.

Pros:

Excellent hotel, the staff are amazing and so pleasant, helpful and friendly. The bed is so comfortable. The breakfast was lovely 10/10.
Parking is great.

Cons:

The last few times we have stayed we have got a room with a window looking over the stairs so you can't open it.

Pros:

We advised via phone that we would be arriving late. Pipa the Receptionist had left everything ready for us. The night Porter..so sorry can't remember his name was so pleasant and helpful and Ryan behind the Bar was a gentleman. Really enjoyed our brief stay but we will definitely be back. Breakfast was beautiful and the Staff there were lovely too. Room beautiful, modern and clean. Bed so comfortable. The Hotel is lovely but it is the Staff that make it what it is.
Can't wait to go back.
