Excellent location
Pros:

Location is amazing. Right at the fringe so less crowd but near enough to walk to the Ueno restaurants and shops. There’s underground short walk to subway and keisei airport train if raining. There’s a lounge on 2nd floor to hang out.

Cons:

The room smelled of menthol and really small. Having the bathroom right at the end of my bed is not ideal.
