Good location close to train stations, food, and other attractions.
While being on the smaller room size, it was set up well so that we could fit our bags easier than some of the larger rooms we stayed in elsewhere.
The staff were very helpful when changing rooms.
Dirty uncomfortable rooms. First room had a terrible smell, peeling wallpaper, holes in the wall, and dusty and mouldy blinds. Spoke to reception and they moved us to a higher floor which was in better condition but still very poor. The room had a slight musty smell but not like the original, but still had peeling wallpaper, there was thick amounts of dust on the walls, and the inside of the bathroom door had mould on it and behind the toilet looked like it had never been cleaned.
Bed was very uncomfortable and only provided 2 (very soft) pillows for a 2 person room.
Booked for 2 nights, left after 1 night and stayed elsewhere.
Even the lift was not cleaned. Could see hand prints on the mirror because of the amount of dust around it.
Would never stay again. Worst hotel of our trip and very similar price to other hotels we stayed at some of which were 4+ stars.
The location is very good. Also, the lounge in the second floor was very nice.
Being this is a hotel in Tokyo, we are happy with the hotel even though the rooms are so little. It was difficult to communicate in English, but this was an issue we had in the whole trip. As this is a hotel, full of tourists, we were surprised that staff did not speak English at all.

A great located cute Hotel that offers all you need to explore Tokyo. Train and Skyliner station are just around the corner, food and street market as well. Very helpful, friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable bed, very quiet. The hotel offers a free water station to fill up your bottle, food corner and small treatments. For me it was the perfect place and I can recommend Koko Hotel for your stay in Tokyo.
