Cons:

The facilities are very basic, cheap dorm style. But the main problem was the room was moldy (see photos).

Also, it's not that the staff was not friendly but not really accommodating. I got there at 07:00, couldn't check in (expectable), came back at around 13:00 but couldn't check until 14:00. The place was at 20% occupation at most so it's hard to believe that there were not any rooms ready. I chalk this up to inexperienced staff.

Ok but can be better
Pros:

- location close to the night market
- cleaned room
- supportive staff even if no speaking English
- drinkable water: 2 bottles/ day

Cons:

- for the price they requests, I would expect a richer breakfast. There is only coffe and chocolate up to 10.00 am. I found in really cheap hostels (4€/night) free coffee and chocolate everyday, fresh fruits, bread, butter and jam.
- as the city doesn’t provide any rental service (nor bikes neither motorbikes), it would be smart and helpful to have this service in the structure. Unfortunately, without a mean of transport, it’s pointless visit Loei

Cons:

Beds were very old and not comfortable at all. Plus during the night so many people were yelling around the building going up and down the stairs, playing music and talking in front of our room at 3 am with no respect. If you want to sleep during the night this place is not the best
