Please bring a passport or government issued photo ID along with a credit card for the lead guest.

Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival.

Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee.

To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required.

Great location but fairly basic
Pros:

Great location very close to city centre. Check in staff very friendly.

Cons:

Not much for the price. TV didn’t work nor were there any batteries in the remote but for one night no complaints.

Quiet, comfortable and a great location.
Pros:

No breakfast available and no tea/coffee/kettle in the room. But, I didn't expect anything. It's a budget, no frills hotel.
However, my room was immaculate, quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location within walking distance the Cavern Quarter, the Castle Street and Dale Street eateries and bars and the shopping areas.
Adequate facilities for a short stay, but perhaps too spartan for anything more than 2 nights, especially if a couple are occupying the room.
I was alone do it was perfect for me.

Cons:

Maybe a couple of glasses or plastic cups could be put in the rooms.

The room was incredibly small with no window. The bed, (which was like sleeping on a bag of shoes) was approximately 1 foot from either wall and pushed up against the remaining wall. The lights were faulty which in a room with no natural light was not great. The air conditioning would only stay on for 1 hour at a time which meant I had to get up during the night to turn it back on and please consider the bank May bank holiday weather which made this was torturous.
I understand that it was a budget hotel but to save twenty pound and stay in a storage room was not one of my best choices. When I first seen the cupboard/room I asked to cancel and would have booked somewhere else only to be told that it was non refundable and when I asked to speak to a manager there was no one available.

I normally never leave revues and am conscious that I sound like a 'Karen' but this trip was marred by this experience to what is a wonderful friendly city. For the sake of a short walk and saving 20 pounds or so, stay elsewhere (cost 179 Euro)
