Bed and room fine but both small.
We went to a gig at the castle. Was walking distance so brilliant. Easy to park. Hotel staff super lovely and breakfast was lush we also had fans in the room
The service and food was excellent at The Tower Hotel which is very well located close to the centre but on a quiet residential street
I was a little disappointed with the water pressure in the showers. Also the lack of choice of tea bags in the room

Lovely walk to main tourist spots, friendly welcome and helpful staff, great breakfast.
Net curtain missing from bedroom which was quite overlooked so had to keep closing curtains. Bathroom mirror too high up for a short person. Could be better placed for all heights.

I liked this family run hotel. The decor was nice & the staff understood the concept of service.
My room was a good (medium) size, so I didn't need to sit on my bed to watch the TV; there was an armchair plus a fan & the bathroom had nice toiletries.
The food was tasty. There was lots of choice for breakfast & the vegan breakfast tasted nicer than some I have had. I think the ingredients, eg the sausages were better quality. I also had dinner (pasta meal) in the hotel, which I enjoyed.
I would stay here again.
The water in the shower went cold for a while.

The bed in room 11 has seen better days. Needs a new mattress. Wasn’t comfy.
We always stay at The Tower Hotel when we visit Lincoln, which is 3 or 4 times a year. Everything about it is great, the rooms, the staff, the decor, the bar and the food is outstanding.
Parking over the road, which is about £10 for 24hours. They do have some parking permits available, but we always park in the car park. Close to the castle and cathedral, would highly recommend

Exceeded expectations. Great location right next to the castle. Great pub / restaurant with a relaxed vibe. All staff welcoming and attentive. Room was great with everything you need. Lovely decor throughout the room and the hotel in general. Breakfast was excellent, my husband said it was "as good as it gets" which is quite the compliment from a full english connoisseur! Parked directly over the road in the car park for just over a tenner for 24hrs. Would definitely come and again and recommend to others.

Staff, decor, outside area and the food.
The hotel was perfectly situated for visiting Lincoln Castle for a concert.
We had both lunch and breakfast at the hotel.
Both were a very good standard,and having a bar with an outdoor courtyard was very handy and made the stay even more enjoyable.
Despite it being very hot and very busy ,the staff remained cheerful,and the service was very quick and professional.
I felt the staff were a credit to the hotel.
If visiting Lincoln,I would highly recommend this hotel,not just to my previous comments,but for the location which must be one of the best in Lincoln.
Looking forward to next time.
The fan struggled with the heat,but that was to be expected in the unusually high temperatures
