Warm and welcoming hotel with excellent food and a great location.
Pros:

Lovely welcoming hotel. Breakfasts were delicious with plenty of choice. We had Sunday lunch in the restaurant and it was very tasty. Read a book from the bookshelves. Nice touch!
Excellent location for visiting Lincoln's attractions.

Loved my short stay, look forward to visiting again
Pros:

Great location for Lincoln, quirky property with individualised rooms. Staff all friendly and efficient.
Public car park directly opposite, I believe there is limited permit parking directly outside.

Cons:

No lift, wasn’t a problem for me but may impact some guests.

Pros:

Our favourite place to stay in Lincoln. Never disappoints. Always warm and friendly welcome.

Cons:

Nothing, it’s fab. Haven’t tried food yet aside from breakfast but I imagine it’s very good. Will try next time

The BEST breakfast in a great location
Pros:

Excellent location near the castle and cathedral. The best breakfast we have ever had! Local produce was delicious. Very comfy bed. Car park opposite hotel.

Excellent!
Pros:

The location in the Bailgate area, the ability to use a parking permit for the road outside, the excellent cooked breakfast, the room and bathroom were spotless and the comfortable bed and bedding. Staff were welcoming and smiled.

Cons:

Nothing, everything about our stay was great, thank you.

Interesting building, lovely staff just needs a bit of redecoration
Pros:

Location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful; attentive when serving dinner and breakfast . The building itself has a lot of history, nooks and crannies so is obviously full of uneven floors and wobbly bits, this provides a real sense of the history of Lincoln.

Cons:

The shower was leaking in the corner by the toilet and looks like it is an ongoing struggle for the hotel to resolve it, the shower head itself was coated in lime scale and would benefit from a simple replacement. Although clean the whole room felt very tired and in need of some TLC, such as changing the carpet and redecorating, tightening the screws up that support the shelf.
