The location was perfect, the staff were welcoming and it was an easy, relaxed experience. Parking was easy as they have resident permits available, which was perfect!

The Tower is an excellent hotel which combines modern facilities with period charm. It is ideally situated for visiting the attractions of the old city. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, having all the amenities that a visitor requires. Breakfast was excellent. The staff are extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful. I have stayed there many times before and will do so again if I return to Lincoln.
The location was perfect by the castle and cathedral. The staff were very helpful and it was clean and comfortable.
Power points in the room we’re in one area by the desk and we’re all taken up with fridge, tv and lamp. There was a short extension cord which I used for my charger and the fan (it was very hot). But there was no where to plug in a fan near the second bed.

Not really the fault of the hotel but it was an exceptionally hot day and being in the top with with no air conditioning, it was unbearably hot in the room. A fan was provided, which was appreciated.
