Spiagge San Pietro, a charming & relaxing resort

Rooms are dated, at least the one we had.

Sólo un pequeño detalle; en el desayuno no tienes oosibilidad de tostar tus tostadas, a tu elección. Las sirven a la message y sólo son de molde, blanco o integral, y llegan frías y duras. Deberían mejorar el sistema o tener la opción de usar, personalmente, un tostador con varias opciones de pan.
El resto de los productos ofrecidos son muy buenos.

l mio soggiorno in questo resort è durato meno di 24 ore e si è concluso nelle circostanze più dolorose che si possano immaginare.

Ero regolarmente arrivata in struttura, avevo effettuato il check-in e trascorso una sola notte. La mattina successiva, appena giunta nella sala colazioni, prima ancora di poter usufruire della prima colazione, ho ricevuto la notizia improvvisa della morte di mio padre. È evidente che, a quel punto, la mia unica possibilità fosse lasciare immediatamente il resort e rientrare a casa.

Ho chiesto alla struttura se, considerata l’eccezionalità e la gravità dell’accaduto, fosse possibile riconoscermi almeno un rimborso parziale per i giorni di soggiorno dei quali, per una causa tanto drammatica quanto imprevedibile, non ho potuto usufruire.

La risposta è stata un netto rifiuto, motivato con la loro “politica di cancellazione”.

Trovo questa posizione profondamente deludente. Io non ho cancellato una vacanza né ho cambiato idea all’ultimo momento: sono arrivata, ho soggiornato una notte e sono stata costretta a ripartire perché, mentre mi trovavo nella struttura, è morto mio padre.

Comprendo perfettamente che esistano condizioni contrattuali e politiche tariffarie. Ma credo anche che nell’ospitalità debbano esistere il buon senso, l’umanità e la capacità di distinguere una normale cancellazione da una tragedia familiare sopravvenuta durante il soggiorno.

Non pretendevo necessariamente il rimborso integrale, ma un rimborso parziale o un voucher (che invece ora non accetterei, non avendo più piacere ad andare presso di loro)

In un momento per me così doloroso, ricevere come unica risposta il richiamo burocratico alla “politica di cancellazione” ha aggiunto amarezza a una situazione già terribile.

Un resort non si valuta soltanto per la bellezza della struttura o per i servizi che offre, ma anche per come tratta i propri ospiti quando accade qualcosa di eccezionale.

Per quanto mi riguarda l’esperienza è stata negativa

Resort should consider having a “snack” shop and needs to have a proper gym. The outdoor gym is not useable.

Spiagge San Pietro Resort has some undeniable strengths: the property is vast, peaceful and very relaxing, with a beautiful beach and a large swimming pool. If you’re looking for somewhere calm with plenty of space, the setting definitely delivers.

Unfortunately, the overall experience doesn’t quite match the price point. The breakfast offering was rather disappointing for a resort of this category, both in terms of variety and quality. The pool itself is impressive in size, but parts of the coating are peeling off, which doesn’t give the premium impression you would expect.

Some small details also make the experience feel surprisingly cheap — particularly the system for getting pool/beach towels, which could be handled in a much more elegant and guest-friendly way. Service at the snack bar was also below average during our stay and lacked the attentiveness expected from a hotel at this level.

Overall, it’s a beautiful and peaceful resort with great potential, but the service and attention to detail simply don’t justify the high price. At this price point, I would probably consider other options in the area before returning.

Air con not great in standard rooms. Just not powerful enough to get the rooms cold in high summer. Area is nice but you need a car. Restaurant is a bit overly fussy. Almost like there is a desire for fine dining to justify high prices but Italian food just needs to be well done with good ingredients. Not messes around with by adding odd ingredients. Chairs in breakfast room very uncomfortable and don’t fit under the tables. Small issue to solve. Could do with some more beach activities included and drinks and food service down there.

È mancato effetto wow! Colazione e resort molto (forse troppo) internazionale, mancano i dettagli e lo stile italiano.

Muy lejos del aeropuerto de Olbia costa esmeralda , 4 hrs en auto de arriendo 600 euros de alquiler , llegando a la playa estaba lleno de algas , elegimos este hotel por su playa un desastre , el mismo día queríamos salir arrancando , nos los dieron ni una solución, una verdadera pesadilla !!!
