Superb location, peaceful and super relaxing. Beach and pool were fantastic.
Resort should consider having a “snack” shop and needs to have a proper gym. The outdoor gym is not useable.
Spiagge San Pietro Resort has some undeniable strengths: the property is vast, peaceful and very relaxing, with a beautiful beach and a large swimming pool. If you’re looking for somewhere calm with plenty of space, the setting definitely delivers.
Unfortunately, the overall experience doesn’t quite match the price point. The breakfast offering was rather disappointing for a resort of this category, both in terms of variety and quality. The pool itself is impressive in size, but parts of the coating are peeling off, which doesn’t give the premium impression you would expect.
Some small details also make the experience feel surprisingly cheap — particularly the system for getting pool/beach towels, which could be handled in a much more elegant and guest-friendly way. Service at the snack bar was also below average during our stay and lacked the attentiveness expected from a hotel at this level.
Overall, it’s a beautiful and peaceful resort with great potential, but the service and attention to detail simply don’t justify the high price. At this price point, I would probably consider other options in the area before returning.

Very nice beach, immaculate, sandy, clean water and shallow with a sandbank.
Property is new and clean and well designed aesthetically. Staff wonderful, all friendly and helpful. Good beds and decent bathrooms.
Air con not great in standard rooms. Just not powerful enough to get the rooms cold in high summer. Area is nice but you need a car. Restaurant is a bit overly fussy. Almost like there is a desire for fine dining to justify high prices but Italian food just needs to be well done with good ingredients. Not messes around with by adding odd ingredients. Chairs in breakfast room very uncomfortable and don’t fit under the tables. Small issue to solve. Could do with some more beach activities included and drinks and food service down there.

È mancato effetto wow! Colazione e resort molto (forse troppo) internazionale, mancano i dettagli e lo stile italiano.
Muy lejos del aeropuerto de Olbia costa esmeralda , 4 hrs en auto de arriendo 600 euros de alquiler , llegando a la playa estaba lleno de algas , elegimos este hotel por su playa un desastre , el mismo día queríamos salir arrancando , nos los dieron ni una solución, una verdadera pesadilla !!!
La location è molto bella ma manca un pò l'anima sarda, potrebbe essere in un qualsiasi posto al mare! Comoda alla spiaggia, colazione abbondante e i ragazzi dello staff molto gentili
Migliorerei i servizi in spiaggia, manca un bar e soprattutto i bagni. Il parcheggio troppo piccolo in proporzione alle casette, una sera abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare fuori dai cancelli
- La struttura ha un design imponente ed esotico molto sofisticato, un misto tra arabo e sardo sia nell’architettura che nell’arredo. Il giardino e le aree esterne sono curate nei dettagli con un numero elevatissimo di palme che accompagnano l’ospite nei viali per l’ingresso e per la spiaggia. La struttura ha una piazza centrale con ristoranti e dov’è alla sera c’è musica dal vivo molto rilassante e adeguata.
- un encomio particolare allo staff, molto accogliente e preparato, in particolare al Sig. Gabriele e alla Sig.ra Tiziana per la grande professionalità, garbo e cortesia. Il loro livello di attenzione per i dettagli e rendere il soggiorno il più bello possibile ha fatto la differenza.
- la struttura è dotata di diversi servizi di alto livello, quali campi da tennis, padel e outdoor gym fruibili fino al tramonto.
- la camera in cui ho soggiornato è una Jr Suite con piscina idromassaggio molto grande in cui si può stare stesi in 2 persone. Il design è moderno e perfettamente adatto al contesto sardo esotico. Molto pulita con sevizio di controllo camere anche a metà giornata. Bagno molto ampio, minibar, ampio armadio e letto king size comodo e ben fatto in cui si potrebbe considerare l’aggiunta di un topper per migliorarlo ulteriormente.
- la spiaggia privata è paradisiaca, si accede con un breve percorso circondati da vegetazione selvaggia per poi trovarsi di fronte ad un mare spettacolare.
- la connessione wi-fi consente di essere collegati perfettamente anche nelle aree esterne alla camera ad eccezione della spiaggia.
- Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con l’aria condizionata nella stanza la prima notte che è stato risolto tempestivamente e in maniera molto efficace.
- Potrebbero essere istallate zanzariere scorrevoli nelle camere.
- La colazione è molto buono e variegata ma potrebbe avere un offerta ancora più ampia e con prodotti tipici sardi / cambiare di giorno in giorno.
- I lettini in spiaggia potrebbero avere dei materassini per essere più confortevoli e premium. Si potrebbe pensare ad un servizio di light lunch o cocktail in spiaggia.
