Terrible stay!

Very disappointing stay. We had a family emergency before travelling and asked if the hotel could make an exception to their non-refundable policy, but the receptionist was rude and completely unwilling to help.
The room was outdated, had chipped glass on the bedside table, hair on the floor, and the balcony had no privacy, which wasn’t shown in the Booking.com photos. The room also didn’t meet our expectations based on the listing.
We spent nearly two hours trying to resolve the issue with the hotel and Booking.com, but the receptionist was dismissive and unprofessional throughout. We ended up staying only 3 of the 10 nights before finding alternative accommodation.
Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay here again.

Удобни легла, възглавници, чисто.

Cons:

Няма свободен паркинг, плащаш 15€ на ден. Шезлонгите са един до друг и не го виждам как ще си отпочине човек, като ти дишат от срещу.

Raport excelent calitate pret!
Pros:

Mi-a plăcut foarte mult balconul cu vedere la mare. Camera chiar daca a fost micuța, a fost foarte comodă.
Personalul foarte politicos.

Cons:

Nu am prea înțeles cum funcționează aerul condiționat 🙈
