Rooftop lounge is nice, kind staff, good location
Pros:

The staff were kind and helpful

Cons:

Room 503 is horrible, floor 5 is right under the rooftop bar and it is SOOO LOUD especially at night and when setting up breakfast in the morning, it was so bad

Das Hotel hat eine Top-Lage und ermöglicht es, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in kurzer Zeit via Fuß zu erreichen. Dennoch ist das Hotel ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmerausstattung hat es an nichts fehlen lassen, mit neuem Bad, moderner (und ruhiger) Klimaanlage. Der Service war erstklassig und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war exzellent (kaltes und warmes Buffet) mit erstklassigem Kaffee (Grundvoraussetzung in Rom ;))

Cons:

Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Soggiorno fantastico in un hotel elegante e curato, con personale gentilissimo e un rooftop meravigl
Pros:

Hotel quattro stelle assolutamente all’altezza delle aspettative, elegante, curato e con un servizio impeccabile. La posizione è semplicemente straordinaria: dal rooftop si gode una vista meravigliosa sull’Altare della Patria, uno degli scorci più suggestivi di Roma.

Le camere sono confortevoli, pulite e ben organizzate, lo staff è gentile, disponibile e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Il rooftop è sicuramente il punto forte: perfetto per rilassarsi, fare colazione, bere qualcosa o semplicemente ammirare la città da una prospettiva unica.

Un soggiorno piacevolissimo, raffinato e memorabile. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca comfort, posizione centrale e una vista davvero spettacolare su Roma. Torneremo sicuramente!

La dolce vita
Pros:

L'hotel si trova vicinissimo a Piazza Venezia, stanze con letti comodi e bagno direi eccellente, con doccia generosa completo di asciugamani e accappatoio e pantofole a disposizione. Set di cortesia con ottimi prodotti. Nella stanza veniamo accolti da bottiglia dell'acqua, dolcetto e tutto l'occorrente per un caffè o te. Insomma delle coccole per gli ospiti che ho gradito molto. La stanza è pulita e ottimamente condizionata. La struttura è dotata di una spettacolare terrazza dove abbiamo fatto colazione con una vista sui tetti di Roma e con l'altare della Patria nello sfondo, una meraviglia. Del personale non posso che dire fantastici, gentilissimi, cortesi, attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti e molto professionali.

Cons:

L'unica cosa che mi ha lasciata perplessa è la colazione. A cui devo dare come voto solo sufficiente. Da una struttura a 4 stelle mi aspetto di più quanto a scelta soprattutto di salato. Il personale addetto alla colazione gentilissimi e premurosi.

The location is convenient for sightseeing. However, the surrounding area feels less comfortable late in the evening, and we did not always feel safe walking back to the hotel after dark.

Cons:

Despite informing the hotel that we did not want housekeeping service, a member of staff entered our room without authorization while we were away. When we returned, we found the employee inside the room. The hotel later admitted in writing that this was their mistake and apologized for entering the room. This was a serious violation of privacy and made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe during our stay. For a 4-star hotel, this is unacceptable.

Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay here; we were traveling with my daughter for a girls' weekend. The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was charming with a beautiful view of the city. The room was a good size with a rainshower and a comfy bed. The location was also handy for exploring.
