We always have a great stay here!
Pros:

Overall, this was a great stay. We love the breakfast and kickback dinners. The food was delicious and Gloria, the chef, was so friendly. Staff is always friendly and courteous. And my kids enjoyed the desserts, especially the lava cake and ice cream.

Cons:

Our TV in room 214 was super dark. I think it is going out and needs to be replaced. I would also love a little more variety in hot breakfast options.

Pros:

The kickback is a great deal. Our room did not have working air conditioning and the staff immediately took care of us and even upgraded our room. We will definitely be back!!

This was a very comfortable hotel worth every penny!
Pros:

Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff. It was great having both breakfast AND dinner provided.

Cons:

The pool water was a tad on the warm side and needed to be cleaned.

It was good overall but could of been great with better housekeeping

Location, happy hour, amenities

Cons:

Housekeeping needs to do better about checking rooms and replenishing towels and tissue etc. I shouldn’t have to hunt someone down to get toilet tissue on my first night/morning. No one ever came to replenish our towels etc
