Elegante e accogliente
Pros:

Mio marito ed io siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del soggiorno al Berghotel e lo consigliamo vivamente a tutti.
La struttura è stupenda e tutti i servizi sono eccellenti. La pulizia è impeccabile e lo staff è stato meraviglioso.
La posizione è bellissima.
Il nostro desiderio è tornarci il prima possibile.

Indimenticabile, mi manca già dopo mezza giornata

Tutti i servizi dell’hotel, la cucina serale e la colazione . La gentilezza e precisione del personale, la pulizia della stanza e la bellezza della vista sulla montagna! Pazzesca!!!

Ogólnie bardzo pozytywnie oceniam obiekt jak i obsługę. Odpowiadali przychylnie na każdą naszą prośbę.
Pros:

Jedzenie było przepyszne, koncept z wyborem przystawek i dań głównych to coś naprawdę wyjątkowego. Pokój był bardzo przestronny, wygodny również na dłuższy pobyt.

Cons:

Siłownia jest średnio wyposażona. Czekałam bardzo długo na jedyną bieżnię.

Pros:

Spa e piscine molto belle, colazioni e cene gustose, camera spaziosa ed accogliente con buona insonorizzazione e vista impagabile.
Cameriere gentilissime e molto cordiali oltre che professionali.

Cons:

Impensabile che se ho macchina x caffè in camera oltre alle 2 cialde iniziali il resto vanno pagate 2 € l una🫣
E la mancanza di una bottiglia d acqua giornaliera, anche se si dà x scontato che quella del rubinetto sia potabile e buona.

Super tolles Hotel

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das außergewöhnlich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter war stets hilfsbereit, herzlich und engagiert. Man hatte jederzeit das Gefühl, dass das Wohl der Gäste an erster Stelle steht. Dieser hervorragende Service hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht.

Auch die Zimmer waren sauber, komfortabel und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker, und die gesamte Atmosphäre im Hotel war angenehm und einladend.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Wohlfühlhotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und exzellentem Essen!
Pros:

Schön gelegenes Anwesen mit weiträumigen Flächen insbesondere im Ess- und Wellnessbereich. Feines Essen auf hohem Niveau inkl. reichhaltiger Weinkarte. Der Aussenpool war einfach klasse!

Cons:

Unsere Zimmer waren noch im unrenovierten Zustand, für 1 Nacht ok, aber hier besteht mittelfristig Handlungsbedarf!
