The best in Cluj!
Pros:

Rooms are very comfortable & very large, though showing some wear & tear in places. Housekeeping & maintenance do a great job of keeping things clean & running smoothly. Desk staff is extremely friendly & helpful with all speaking English if you are a non Romanian speaker. Breakfast is also exceptional. All in Platinia is a great place to stay and great value. This was our second stay together and probably my wife's sixth overall, so that should tell you all you need to know. We'll stay here again when we are back in Cluj.

Cons:

Hotel seemed rather empty throughout our 7 night stay. At check we asked for a corner room if it was available, to be told that they were already granting our advance request for a high floor away from the elevator and basically told that was already more than what we paid for. Certainly less than hospitable.

Pros:

Este un hotel extraordinar încă de la întrare.Incepand cu personalul extrem de amabil si dornic sa te ajute,curățenia care domnește, confortul camerelor,restaurantele cu mâncare foarte buna, micul dejun foarte bogat si rafinat!

Cons:

Nu există ceva care sa nu ne fi plăcut!

Great location, good facilities, staff, and good breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is well positioned. Clean, very spacious room, good facilities and very various and good breakfast

Cons:

The room was not cleaned although we set the “clean the room light”, twice.
