Amazing hotel and staff
Pros:

Fancy new hotel in a top of a mall. I liked it so much. Huge underground parking . Extremely nice staff and hospitality. Room service excellent and food portion / quality 10/10. Both of their resaturants are amazing. Breakfast variety and the staff hospitality was one of the best . All requests been immediately solved without questioning it. Bvlgary cosmetics in the bathroom. Good view to the city.

Cons:

My usual subject - Plastic glass packed in plastic bag in the bathroom. I would expect a bit more enviroment friendly real glass there. Bit this a minor thing compared with all other positive facts.

Lo consiglio se volete farvi coccolare un po’ durante la vacanza .Rivedendo i punti deboli diventerebbe una vera eccelle

La stanza era bellissima, pulita e con tutti i comfort.Un plauso alla colazione, veramente eccellente e anche allo staff!Provate le uova alla Benedict!

Cons:

Abbiamo usufruito del ristorante giapponese Sakura ,buono ma abbiamo avito modo do guardare il menu del ristorante italiano e di italiano non c’è praticamente nulla.Seconda piccola/grande pecca ,nel 2026, in un hotel a 5 stelle è impensabile non dotare una suite con delle Tv smart .Wi fi non impeccabile .
