Etwas anstrengend da es im Zimmer doch sehr heiss war und von draussen laut, dass man kaum schlafen konnte

Zimmer im Allgemeinen schön, jedoch viel zu heiss und Fenster konnte nicht recht geöffnet werden. Lage mitten in der Stadt jedoch die ganze Nacht hindurch recht laut, Frühstück in Ordnung

Lokalizacja, wygodne łóżko, dobre śniadanie

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji, bardzo duszny pokój, w którym wentylator pionowy kompletnie nie daje rady, obsługa nie pojawiła się przez 4 dni ani razu i trzeba było samemu chodzić po wodę do recepcji. To wszystko byłoby zrozumiałe gdyby hotel nie miał czterech gwiazdek, ale ma, co jest bardzo dziwne.

Cons:

Pokój bez klimatyzacji podczas niemal 40-stopniowych upałów okazał się nie do wytrzymania. Ze względu na restauracje i hałas pod oknami do godzin porannych nie można było spać przy otwartych oknach. W pokoju panowała nieznośna temperatura, wręcz niebezpieczna dla zdrowia dla naszej mamy 60+. Po jednej nocy byliśmy zmuszeni przenieść się do innego hotelu, mimo że zapłaciliśmy za cały pobyt. Hotel nie odpowiedział na reklamację ani prośbę o zwrot kosztów, mimo że minął już ponad miesiąc. Nie polecam.

A wonderful place that made our trip truly memorable.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It is a very cozy, comfortable, and welcoming place, with an absolutely beautiful courtyard. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and they kindly allowed us to check in earlier, which we truly appreciated.

The breakfast was delicious, and our room was spotless, clean, and comfortable.

We are sincerely grateful to the entire hotel team for their kindness and hospitality. They made our stay truly special and left us with only warm and wonderful memories. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Celková spokojenost.
Pros:

Lokalita byla naprosto skvělá, u úplném centru, ale zároveň v krásném dvorku, takže v noci bylo úplné ticho. Pod okny je sice pár stolků kavárny, ale vůbec nás žádný hluk nerušil.
Milý personál.
Je možné si rezervovat parkování pár metrů od hotelu za 70 na ubytovací den.

Cons:

U snídaně bych uvítala bych širší nabídku rostlinných variant např. jogurtu nebo možnost margarínu místo másla. Rostlinné mléko ke kávě bylo k dispozici. Ale vybrat se dalo dobře i tak.
