A wonderful place that made our trip truly memorable.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It is a very cozy, comfortable, and welcoming place, with an absolutely beautiful courtyard. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and they kindly allowed us to check in earlier, which we truly appreciated.

The breakfast was delicious, and our room was spotless, clean, and comfortable.

We are sincerely grateful to the entire hotel team for their kindness and hospitality. They made our stay truly special and left us with only warm and wonderful memories. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Celková spokojenost.
Pros:

Lokalita byla naprosto skvělá, u úplném centru, ale zároveň v krásném dvorku, takže v noci bylo úplné ticho. Pod okny je sice pár stolků kavárny, ale vůbec nás žádný hluk nerušil.
Milý personál.
Je možné si rezervovat parkování pár metrů od hotelu za 70 na ubytovací den.

Cons:

U snídaně bych uvítala bych širší nabídku rostlinných variant např. jogurtu nebo možnost margarínu místo másla. Rostlinné mléko ke kávě bylo k dispozici. Ale vybrat se dalo dobře i tak.

Great location, very close to the city centre

Cons:

The place is a bit dated with tired looking furniture.
With messy looking reception desk, poor bedding, limited choice of food at breakfast and not enough sitting space feels overpriced.

Un séjour agréable à Wroclaw dans un hôtel familial et sympathique
Pros:

L hôtel est très bien placé pour visite cette ville à pied . Par ailleurs les trams qui relient notemment la gare sont à quelques minutes .
L hôtel est très propre, silencieux et la literie confortable le rapport qualité prix est très équilibré

Three people in one bed during hot weather led to a deeply disappointing stay

I booked a room for three family members (two adults and a 7-year-old child). After booking, I received a message stating that the child must share the main bed with us or I would have to pay extra for an additional bed. I find this unfair -expecting a 7-year-old to share a bed with two adults is not standard practice, and it feels like a tactic to generate extra revenue.

Furthermore, the room was extremely small at only 16 m2. Even if I had wanted to order an extra bed, there was physically no space to put it.

To make matters worse, there was no air conditioning. Three people in one bed during hot weather led to a deeply disappointing stay.

Pokoje są bardzo staromodnie wykończone, widać że mają już lata za sobą. W pokoju duszno, nie ma klimatyzacji. Łazienki bardzo słabe. Generalnie wybrałbym inny hotel następnym razem
