Central location, great value for money. Fantastic staff!

The staff were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was fantastic!

Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the staff was great. English breakfast was good just needs some investment and updating. It was fair for the price. Late and early checkin/out was a great bonus

Staff very nice , views are breathtaking, very very comfy beds ( if you like hard mattress) nice note of the 300 year history of the building in a room

Breakfast bacon was like a leather sole , but the rest was really nice .
At first glance of bathroom I was thinking it’s spotless- very shiny taps & radiator - perfect !,- but then checked the top of the mirror - quite a hard layer of dust :(

The coffee from the machine in the dining room was the weakest I’ve ever tasted. It wasn’t very pleasant. Get a new hot drinks machine

Relaxing, comfortable and altogether a very enjoyable break.
Pros:

Food was very good, especially the evening meals, which I had outside on the terrace watching sun go down. The team were friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. They always said a cheery hello when passing. Bed was super comfy.
