Prijs kwaliteit, erg aardig, prima kamer, sfeervol, prachtig uitzicht

Cons:

Geen buiten terras, ik miste een waterkoker of koffiezetapparaat op de kamer, mijn 1persoonskamer had geen balkon, dat vond ik ook jammer.

Pros:

Es war einmal mehr ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das ganze Team vom Arlenwald hat uns wie jedes Mal herzlich empfangen und verwöhnt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Für uns ist es jedes Mal fast wie ein "nach-Hause-kommen". Wir fühlen uns im Arlenwald jedesmal pudelwohl und hoffen, dass wir noch viele Male die Gelegenheit dazu haben werden, im Arlenwald Gäste zu sein.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut und hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen.
Pros:

Die Lage war super. Man kann mit den Skiern zum Hotel oder auf die Piste. Der Bus hält ganz nah vom Hotel. Frühstück war fein. Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Küche liegt im Eingangsbereich. Es war manchmal riechbar was gekocht wird. Im Zimmer war davon aber nichts zu bemerken. Aber das ist "jammern auf hohem Niveau"* ;-)

Die Lage war super, tolle Aussicht, ruhig. Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Frühstück sehr dürftig. Das Birchermüsli hat gerade einmal für die Hälfte der Gäste gereicht, danach gab es keines mehr. Brot, Fleisch und Käse musste man immer wieder nachbestellen. (2 Scheiben Schinken, 2 Stück Käse, 4 Stück Salami wurde aufgetischt für 2 Personen. ) Ich hätte für diesen Preis definitiv mehr erwartet.

Colazione buona, forse aggiungerei delle torte fatte in casa
Tutto quello che cucinano è fatto in casa e buonissimo, ci siamo trovati bene sia nel ristorante aperto al pubblico esterno che nel ristorante interno all'hotel
Servizio sauna davvero bellissimo, privata e molto pulita
Camera pulita e spaziosa
Stanza per appoggio sci perfetta
posizione ottima, proprio davanti alla risalita delle piste
Ho amato tutto lo consiglio vivamente
Heinrich il proprietario è davvero bravo, socievole e soddisfacente per tutte le richieste

L'unica cosa è stato il check-in, ci abbiamo messo un pò perchè non c'è una vera reception, ma devi andare a cercare il proprietario che spesso è in cucina, ma noi eravamo in ferie quindi non eravamo di fretta
