Self check-in pour un **** pas acceptable pour moi. Dans la 1ère chambre attribuée, la TV ne fonctionnait pas normalement. On nous a changé de chambre (par téléphone avec 10 minutes d'attente). Dans la 2ème chambre, la TV ne fonctionnait pas non plus (problème de télécommande). PERSONNE n'est venu pour essayer de régler la situation. Au téléphone, on nous a envoyé chercher dans les armoires des femmes de chambre. Le seul humain de l'hôtel que nous avons croisé était le fille qui s'occupait des petits-déjeuners. Pas aimable du tout. Terriblement déçue par cet établissement.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This hotel is a complete disappointment and represents the worst of hospitality, which is, fortunately, a sad exception for our experiences in Switzerland. The absolute main reason for this negative review is the appalling behavior of the manager. We made an emergency booking just two hours before arrival due to terrible weather during our cycling trip. As soon as the weather cleared, we contacted management to cancel. We both called and wrote an email to the manager, explaining our situation, but he completely dismissed us with zero empathy and insisted on a 100% cancellation fee. We explicitly explained to him that since the booking had only been active for two hours, we caused absolutely no financial loss or damage—it was not a reservation held for a week that blocked other guests. Furthermore, we checked and the hotel still had 7 other identical rooms available at that exact moment. We blocked absolutely nobody; our request was purely a matter of the manager's willingness to show some human flexibility, which he completely refused to do.
To make matters worse, the hotel demands absolute financial compliance from guests but completely fails to deliver what it promises on its website. They advertise 'maximum flexibility thanks to 24/7 self-check-in,' yet we tried to check in repeatedly from 3:00 PM until 3:20 PM and were rejected by the kiosk at least seven times because our room was still being prepared. We were forced to wait outside with our bicycles, exhausted, due to their poor readiness.
The subpar state of the actual stay only highlights how ridiculous it is to demand full price here. The room itself was disappointing, featuring an absolute mockery of a 'view' overlooking a barren, neglected rooftop full of weeds and ventilation pipes.

No staff. There was no one there at all to help with check in or parking information. No staff the next day either. The room was small and the bathroom also. The beds were up on a platform. We both are short and older, so it was not easy to get up on them. Breakfast was available but it was 25swiss francs, over double the price of any other hotel we stayed in in Europe and it was not anything special. This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in and it did not even begin to match the quality of much less expensive hotels.

A notre grande surprise, pas de personnel dans cet hôtel, on doit tout faire soi-même. Le check-in/check-out se fait en ligne sur une tablette. L'application n'est qu'en allemand et anglais. Je me débrouille dans les 2 langues mais ce n'aurait pas été un effort important d'adapter le texte aux langues nationales. Booking indique parking à disposition mais nous ne l'avons pas trouvé. On a découvert un panneau mal placé dans le rond point le lendemain. Selon le personnel du restaurant attenant et qui sert le déjeuner le matin, le parking est payant, en tout cas le parking couvert. Le site de Booking n'indique à nulle part l'absence de personnel et le parking payant que l'on ne peut même pas commander en ligne. Le prix, 192.- avec déjeuner est dans la norme, voire plus cher, qu'un hôtel "normal" avec du personnel humain. Dans ces conditions, cet hôtel ne vaut pas plus de 125.- la nuit.
