Cons:

1) Das auf einem Podest erhöhte Bett, welches einen engen Zugang hatte und aufgrund des Höhenunterschieds Bett-Podest und Eingang/WC sehr unbequem war.
2) Online Hotline: die neben Check-In aufgeführte Nummer (071…) nahm meinen Anruf nicht an. Die auf dem Screen aufgeführte 041 Nummer nahm meinen Anruf an und antwortete auf meinen Wunsch zum Zimmerwechsel folgendermassen: warum haben über Booking und nicht direkt bei uns direkt gebucht? Dann hätten wir ihnen helfen können. Unanständig und nicht kundenfreundlich.

Mir gefällt die Lage, und dass das Hotel nicht zu voll ist.
Das Personal des Restaurants war sehr freundlich, nett und flexibel.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider sehr spärlich. Es gab weder Bacon noch Rührei.
Der Aufzug hat selten funktioniert, oft mussten wir die Treppen nutzen.
Die Shampoos, Duschgele und das Toilettenpapier waren eher knapp bemessen (wir waren zwei Nächte dort). Es ist empfehlenswert, dass man selbst etwas mitbringt, auch für kürzere Aufenthalte.
An der Loge gibt es kein Personal, sodass man selbst einchecken muss. Im Vergleich zu früheren Jahren wurde das über kompliziert gemacht. Man muss sich die Zimmerkarten selbst kodieren. Leider funktionierte dies nur einmal, weitere Karten konnten nicht kodiert werden.
Ich mag das Hotel wegen seiner Lage und weil die ganze Gemeinde sehr ruhig und friedlich ist. Diesmal war es nicht der Fall: Eine Nacht haben ausländische Jugendliche vor dem Hotel und auf der Straße randaliert.

Pros:

Die Lage wie die Aussicht vom Fenster auf den See. Es hat auch in wenigen Gehminuten ein Kaffee, wo für das Frühstück verwendet hat. Das das Hotel eine Garage war für uns optimal.

Cons:

Das Filzleintuch war nicht sauber. (Flecken).
Sehr speziell war, das man ich der Schweiz bezogen auf die TV-Kanäle keine Schweizersendern zur Verfügung gestanden , es waren mehrheitlich nur aus Deutschland Sender verfügbar.

Sind bereits das zweite Mal hier. Die Flexibilität mit Selfcheck-in, die gemütlichen Zimmer mit toller Aussicht und das super leckere Essen (egal ob Frühstücksbuffett oder a la Carte am Abend) überzeugen. Preis-Leistung perfekt.

Cómodo y limpio. Sauna con albornoz e infusiones incluidas en el precio de la habitación.

Cons:

Auto check-in algo complicado ya que en mi caso pusieron mi segundo nombre como apellido y me daba error al buscar mi reserva. No había nadie que te ayudara. El personal del restaurante muy antipático y el desayuno poca variedad y moscas en el comedor. Él aparcamiento te lo cobran, aunque pude aparcar en la calle y no me multaron
