Good size of the room
Came for the second time. The staffs are amazing. Very cleaned and convenient access to many places
We booked the penthouse suite on the top floor of the hotel. The room was an excellent surprise being very roomy with a kitchen area, lounge/dining with a big sofa and large dining table and separate bedroom with very large twin beds. The suite had 2 aircons which kept the place nice and cool, they were a little noisy but that kept any noise from outside away, so in the end was probably a good thing. There is a nice big balcony with table and chairs if you want to sit outside. We really enjoyed having such a large space and would recommend it.
There not much I can say I didn't like but I guess one thing that comes to mind is that despite having such a big kitchen area, nothing was provided in the way of things to use. There is a nice big 2 door refrigerator but no plates or other crockery and no cutlery except for 2 coffee cups and spoons and 2 glasses. We thought it surprising but later found out from the reception when we left, that in the past a lot was damaged and broken so now they are available if you ask for them, unfortunately we were not told about that. There is no restaurant in the hotel and no food room service but we managed ok with Grab delivery.
La chambre était très vieille avec une clime qui fait beaucoup trop de bruit la nuit, et une salle de bain minuscule avec de la rouille un peu partout j’ai même dû me doucher en tongs.

Approachable Staff and Excellent Stay experience
I stayed one night just before leaving the country and it was perfect ; close to the airport and the staff was really nice and friendly ☺️
Nothing it was perfect
We booked this place after a really bad experience with our first rental. It was such a blessing to find a safe comfortable place to land. The staff were great, and we felt cared for during our time there. Would recommend this place if you are staying in Makati.
