毎日掃除が入り清潔。
常にガードマンがいてセキュリティーについて安心できた。
トイレとシャワーとの仕切りがあり、利用しやすかった。
街へのアクセスがやや不便で、タクシーが欠かせない。夜10次以降になると街区のゲートが閉まってしまうが、そのことについて事前に説明が欲しかった。
Struttura davvero pulita vicina all’aeroporto di Manila. Personale ospitale e disponibile, sicurezza 24 su 24 h. Consiglio di fare un giro in zona Makati dove c’è il centro commerciale “green”, molto sicura 😊
Bagnoschiumi disponibili, spazzolino da denti e ciabattine anche.
C’è anche la Tv con Netflix.

Good space for the price
Upon seeing we were renting a one bedroom appartment with a kitchen we assumed there would be plates, cups, glasses, utensils!? After ordering food to our appartment we were shocked to find there was none of the above!!
Our flight was delayed the following day so I requested late checkout 4pm at the downstairs desk. The lady on the desk informed me it would be nearly 1400 for a late checkout 4pm out, I asked could we agree on 1100 cash and she said no problem. However when we went to check out they removed the remaining 300 from my security deposit. I was really disappointed but did not have time to ask for a manager because our taxi for the airport was waiting.
The room itself was basic and nice but to completely unfurnished was the main concern!

A great and affordable place to stay, my family really enjoyed our stay there. The staff are very friendly and helpful. 5 minutes walk away from the mall and you can find street food along the way. I will choose this place when we return for our next holiday.
I book the date mistakenly. booking.com call center and the hotel were being considerate and have change my booking without any additional charges.

The receptionist was ok
Every room had a noisy problem with the air conditioning units. I arrived early hours about 5.30am by 6am I was at reception telling them I could not bear noise of air conditioning. They offered me several other rooms all the same, old noisy air conditioning units. They offered to repair the one in first room which was impossible by the age of it! Contacted booking.com with a written complaint, they contacted the manager who after a while agreed to give me a partial refund minus one night. He classes one night as the 30 minutes I was in the room, I accepted just to get out of the place. If you book this please enquire about the air conditioning noise before you book as they’re ancient and noisy. Hotel could do with updating as well!
All in all fleeced for one night of money but so so glad to get out and away to a decent hotel!
Good sized apartment for 1 or 2 people. Has all the basics you need. In a good area with a local mall a short walk away. The lady at reception was very nice and let me store my bags before check in. The bed was comfortable but there was no blanket, only a sheet so you might need to adjust the air con to suit. The tv had Netflix and YouTube if required.
The bedroom air con was a little bit noisy for sleeping so I turned it off. The main area air con kept the apartment cool anyway.
Friendly staff and good spot near the airport
Aircon was very noisy and didn’t work very well so it was a hot night!
