Cons:

Телевизоры не работали, кондиционер не работал, примерно сутки не было горячей воды. Персонал грубый. Так как карта не работало мы оплатили наличными и в конце получилось так что нашу оплату у себя не провели и нас удержали до выяснении обстоятельств из за халатности сотрудника мы чувствовали себя оскорбленным.

Unsafe, loud and worst value for the price in the entire Almaty

The rooms are clean and staff are polite

Cons:

The building is located in a very unsafe location. There were drunk people and drug addicts always screaming and banging on the wall. The beds were so low, almost on the floor. The room was tiny and dark. The breakfast was very cold (the stoves and containers for hot dishes were not operational). There is nothing nearby, you have to call taxi to get a coffee or go shopping or eat

Отличная гостиница! Очень понравились чистота и порядок, уютный номер, вкусные завтраки и высокий уровень обслуживания. Персонал вежливый, внимательный и всегда готов помочь

Cons:

Единственный небольшой минус — днем был слышен шум со стройки за окном. Но в остальном впечатления остались только положительные. С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова и будем рекомендовать гостиницу другим.

Я бы очень хотел поставить этому отелю хорошую оценку, но боюсь, что не получится! Номер достаточно просторный, все очень чисто! Замечательный персонал на стойке регистрации и в ресторане! Завтрак очень вкусный! Даже можно простить холодные яйца.....

Но как можно поставить оценку хорошую, если это самая ужасная кровать, в которой я спал! Спишь в ней просто в ЯМЕ!!!!! Матрас какой-то поролоновый! Это тихий ужас! Просто утром встаешь с кровати и видишь, что в кровати яма! Теперь душ.... моешься ты теплой водой, а потом за секунду опа, и в лицо тебе кипяток.... а потом друг холодная вода... а потом опять кипяток в глаза.... Комфорт, что сказать.....
