В целом неплохой отель. Хорошая сауна, нормальный небольшой спортзал, для поддержания формы достаточно. Стандартный завтрак, на удивление отличный кофе.

Cons:

Брал улучшенный номер. К размеру вопросов нет - большой. Однако как будто вообще без окон - сами то окна есть, но полностью перекрыты балконными массивными перилами и видна тллько тонкая полоска света. как амбразура, выходящая на стену соседнего здания.

Также произошёл неприятный инцидент с услугой утреннего пробуждения.
Вечером я попросил администратора обязательно разбудить меня в 6 утра. Я специально уточнил важность этой просьбы. Администратор заверила, что позвонит, а если не сможет дозвониться, направит сотрудника в номер.
Утром я проснулся самостоятельно по своему будильнику. Ни звонка, ни визита сотрудника не было. Это совершенно точно.
Когда я обратился на ресепшен с вопросом, почему обещанное пробуждение не было выполнено, администратор заявила, что якобы звонила мне, (хотя очевидно что не звонила) и на мой вопрос "и что я?" добавила: «Я не виновата, что вы не ответили».
Меня огорчил не столько сам факт ошибки, сколько попытка переложить ответственность. Это крайне не профессионально, не этично и не добросовестно. И моя низкая оценка именно за это.
