Обязательно поселюсь еще, когда буду в Алмате.

Отель отличный. Персонал очень вежливый, улыбчивый.
Завтраки разнообразные - за неделю не повторялись блюда. Очень вкусно.

Постель идеально чистая и удобная. Полотенца меняли каждый день. Убирались в номере, меняли водичку, мини косметику.

Душ просторный, горячая вода круглосуточно.
Стойка регистрации круглосуточная.

Сауна/хаммам отличные, чисто, удобно. Очень приятно попариться после работы.

При раннем выезде подготовили ланч бокс.

При выезде даже нашли весы, чтобы взвесить чемодан, правда не ручные, а обычные напольные из зоны хаммама.

На втором этаже удобный балкон.

Удобное расположение, недалеко несколько крупных ТЦ, банки, магазины.

Pros:

직원들이 너무 친절합니다. 공사는 아직 진행중인데 큰 불편은 모르겠어요. 시내 중심가를 갈 때 얀덱스를 꼭 불러야 하는게 좀 불편하네요. 마지막날 옆방 숨소리와 코고는 소리가 들렸는데 들릴게 아닌데 신기했어요. 옆방 인지 확신은 없지만, 그럼에도 불편하지 않았던게 더 신기합니다.

Cons:

대중교통이용이 쉽지않았음. 조식을 잘 먹었음. 채식을 하고 있어서 말린 과일, 채소 볶음요리, 샐러드, 과일등이 다양한 편이라 좋았으나 변화는 좀 없었음.

Ужин и местоположение, возможность предоставления ланч бокса с завтраком

Cons:

Отель не выше 3-х звезд, на сообщения отвечали одной фразой «По мере возможности», на ресепшен при заселении попросили заплатить на 1 ночь больше, чем букировала. Я информировала о позднем заезде и раннем выселении, попросив пересчитать-отказали, с менеджером сказали говорить бесполезно, так как он «ни о чем». Общение персонала соответствовало уровню хостела, а не отеля 4-х звезд. В номере светильники сломаны, в коридоре розетка под гладильную доску вынимается вместе с вилкой от утюга, что может привести к удару электрическим током.
