Pros:

Pokój czysty, dobre śniadania, dobrze działające wifi. Blisko sklep całodobowy.

Cons:

Niektóre osoby na recepcji nie rozmawiały w języku angielskim. Brak informacji przy zameldowaniu, że na saunę trzeba się zapisać i ja zarezerwować.

Cons:

I booked the hotel,(I had booking confirmation even message from them that the rooms are ready and they are looking forward to see us in their hotel) but when we reached there (at 22:00, we were so tired after long flight) they said that they don’t have available rooms (they have only one which is double price than I booked 2 rooms through the booking). In my opinion they give the rooms that I booked to another person.
Don’t recommend this hotel. The reception was too rude too. 👎

Дали номер на 7 этаже , а лифт ходит только до 5 этажа , хотя бронировали заранее , с чемоданами не очень удобно , администратор отказалась как-то посодействовать, пришлось переехать в другую гостиницу

A nice hotel. Good location.

It was clean, the furniture was okay. We liked breakfast. And the sauna was fine

Отличное место в Алматы
Pros:

Очень понравилось отношение персонала. Особенно хочется выделить портье с длинными кучерявыми волосами, к сожалению, не спросили имя. Она подсказала нам отличные рестораны местной кухни и позаботилась о завтраке в ланчбоксах для нашего раннего отъезда.
Сам отель чистый, опрятный, находится в прекрасном месте, рядом крутой музей и несколько ТЦ.
Каждый день несмотря на то что вывешивали табличку не беспокоить нам оставляли у двери бутылки воды, очень приятная мелочь от Хаус кипинга!
