Спасибо за теплый прием - персоналу, чистоте комнаты и вкусным завтракам!
Pros:

Очень уютная гостиница в самом центре города. Прекрасный персонал готовый помочь в любом вопросе - предоставили паркинг и сопроводили до него, всегда дружелюбные! Чисто, убирались каждый день и не забывали все обновлять! Завтраки - одни из самых лучших, которых мне доводилось видеть!

Cons:

Кровать брали queen size - но матрасов оказалось два маленьких. Хотя в конце красиво заправили с большим топпингом, было удобно.

Do not speak good and do e if them was not telling the truth one of them said I called the driver who suppose to take you to the air port and he said he will arrive in five minutes
I went to the garage where he always wait for me and he is always on time which made me surprised He told me I was her since 20 minutes and no body called me

Great location and atmosphere
Pros:

Great location in the vibrant center of Yerevan. Facilities are commendable (there is a good spa and the bathrooms are beautiful). The decoration is in old European style (but very recent), which gives to the place a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast room at the top floor offers a stunning view.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall service exceeded my expectations.

Останавливаемся в этом отеле каждый раз, как приезжаем в Ереван. 4 июля приехали ночью, нас встретила милая и лучезарная Ани, как родных! Повысили уровень номера, где нас ждала корзина фруктов ко Дню Рождения супруга. Все в отеле на высоком профессиональном уровне: чистота, убранство, оснащенность номеров, приватность. Отдельно хочется сказать о питании. Зал ресторана с видом на Арарат находится на 11 этаже. Впечатляет качество и разнообразие блюд, официанты (благодарю струдницу ресторана Ани за внимание к деталям), готовые удовлетворить любые запросы гостей! В этот раз посетили СПА комплекс. Небольшой, но очень чистый и уютный (хамам, джакузи, сауна), предоставляются одноразовые купальные принадлежности, халаты и тапочки. К сожалению забыла имя девушки, которая нас обслуживала 5 июля. Она напоила нас чаем, цитрусовым лимонадом, подробно обо всем рассказала, учла все наши пожелания. Здесь же можно посетить сеанс массажа в специально оборудованных кабинетах. Хочу еще раз поблагодарить ее за радушный прием и заботу. Выражаю благодарность Люсине Товмасян за внимание ко всем моим пожеланиям при бронировании!
