Очень дорогой кофе
Отель выбирали вблизи центра и пеших прогулок. Фото не передают красоты и убранства этого отеля , уже на входе понимаешь , что тебя ждет роскошь и величие . Номер свежий , курить запрещено , что радует . Мебель потрясающая, натуральные материалы , латунь , мрамор , прекрасная косметика и средства индивидуальной гигиены ! Номер убирали каждый день, рум сервис и еда в номер - вкусно и быстро ! В отеле на первом этаже прекрасная веранда с завтраками и прохладным шампанским, а завтраки на последнем этаже с видом на великий Арарат ! Персонал вежливый , услужливый и всегда готов помочь !
Location was very nice
Only thing I didn't like was, I have booked two twing bads and mistakenly they gave me a 1 king size bed, but they quickly fixed their mistake.

friendliness and professionalism of the staff.
1. We chose a room with one large bed, but the bed consisted of two separate mattresses instead of one. We were told we needed to choose a room in a higher category.
2. The room was cleaned late (even after leaving a ‘Clean my room’ sign on the door).
3. We asked to extend our stay free of charge (for as long as possible) with a late check-out – they refused (the room was booked for another guest). As soon as I confirmed that I was willing to pay for the extension, the option became available immediately
