We are disappointed with this experience. The booking was accepted and confirmed, but just before the check-in time, we were informed that the room was sold out.

If the room was not available, the booking should not have been accepted in the first place. Such last-minute cancellations cause significant inconvenience to customers. We request you to review this process and ensure that confirmed bookings in the future.
Because of this last-minute cancellation, I had to search for another room late at night, which caused me considerable inconvenience and stress. This situation could have been avoided if the booking status had been communicated accurately in advance.

Cons:

Bathroom was blocked and camode jet was unserviceable and there was unusual high sound of swimming pool pump continuous coming inside the room that's made our stay more horrible.
Tv setup were not available.

Buona posizione, vicino stazione dei treni , vicino bus stop per dei spostamenti soprattutto per noi che siamo andati da Isha Yoga.

Il fatto che c'è stato un disguido con i receptionist, la mattina un ottima accoglienza, il ragazzo ci ha fatto cambiare la stanza venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze. Fin qui tutto bene. La sera torniamo verso le 21.00 (ovviamente abbiamo lasciato la chiave al receptionist) veniamo per andare in camera già c'era un altra persona che ci dice che non c'era la chiave della nostra stanza. Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni, ma il personale della receptionist non solo insisteva che dovevamo cambiare camera ma ha cominciato ad alzare la voce, essere poco professionale da parte sua al di là di chi aveva ragione o meno. Che poi il giorno dopo è venuto fuori o almeno la spiegazione che hanno dato che un altro cliente aveva preso per sbaglio la nostra chiave. Cmq per questo il nostro soggiorno è stato poco piacevole. Anche se era la prima volta che ci succedeva visto che sto girando vari stati dell'India. Cmq se qualcuno va stia attento.

Pros:

Spacious room with 2 drawers. Reception staffs are good.

Cons:

Toilets are not clean. Cleaning staff was rude. Asked them to change the bedsheets but they didn't.
