Ok place, won’t stay there again (could have been better if they tried)
Pros:

Big rooms (I took the biggest suite) so we had 4 restrooms (2 of them were so dirty that we didn’t use them). Nice view (water view). Good beds (bad pillows)

Cons:

Well…. The place is not clean. Had to pay an extra 100 dollars per day (fee) for facilities (very small swimming pool) and the worst breakfast I had in all the hotels I stayed at…
Definitely not worth the money.
Location is not that great.
Well, basically 100% not going to recommend my friends.
Good if you a big family and didn’t find anything else….

Water views hotel at Bay Harbor Islands
Pros:

The property is very well located on Bay Harbor Islands just steps from Bal Harbour (across the bridge). The rooms have two bathrooms and our room had a nice balcony facing the canal and in the distance the Atlantic Ocean. The jacuzzi and pool were great.

Lovely hotel in a nice area
Pros:

Lovely, spacious, clean rooms and the hotel has a nice location. The gym and pool area are quite small but has everything you need. Beach is easy walking distance away.

Cons:

Some of the staff members could have been a bit friendlier.

Very nice hotel. Some minor upgrades could make it exceptional.

It’s a beautiful hotel in a lovely location. The front desk staff, cleaning crew and valets are exceptional.

Cons:

Breakfast is pretty disappointing. There’s stuff to eat but that’s about all I could say. The cooked stuff is like a low mid market hotel. The baked goods are not good quality. The coffee is pretty terrible. I don’t think they’d have to invest much to make it a lot better. We rented two rooms with sofa beds and neither room had bed linens for the sofa beds or enough towels for the number of people we specified were staying in the room. We shouldn’t have to wait half an hour at 10pm to get bed linens. They should be standard in every room with a sofa beds just in case they are needed. And every person should have a towel.

Pros:

Do not book here.. charged an extra 400 dollars with no bill provided upon check out.
During our stay the rooms were not the cleanest the bedding was not changed at all during our 10day stay.
Often saw staff sat in people's rooms chatting rather than cleaning.

We also had a battery smoke alarm which was on low battery and kept us awake all night shouting low battery every minute this is no exaggeration! The front desk told us they couldn't change it until maintainance arrived at 0700. At 0900 nobody had arrived and I had to speak with front desk staff as she explained nobody told her at the arrival of her shift.

We also had the air-conditioning fail and water poured in via the ceiling all over the side and covered our suitcases and clothing.
Again maintenance arrived and said he didnt speak English and left myself to clean the water !

How can they then charge the room extra stay away from this hotel!

Estancia agradable en North Beach Miami (Surfside & Bay Harbor)
Pros:

Muy contento con varios aspectos:

- Posibilidad de reservar sin coste el traslado desde el aeropuerto hasta el hotel el día de la llegada, esto es un punto muy bueno e importante porque llegas cansado del viaje y agiliza la llegada al hotel.10

- Gimnasio perfectamente habilitado con equipamiento TechnoGYm, mancuernas, máquienas de cardio, rack de peso libre,...Muy bien, limpio y ordenado. Sin duda el mejor en el que he estado de cualquier hotel hasta ahora.10

- Ubicación perfecta, al lado de Surfside con playa andando a 10 minutos y todo tipo de comercios, restaurantes y supermercados cerca que puedes ir andando. Vistas a la bahía. Fácil acceso en coche. Al lado está el centro comercial Bay Harbor Shops, muy grande con tiendas de lujo y muchos restaurantes increíbles. 10

- Habitación muy amplia con 2 baños, salón y dormitorio con cama kingsize perfecto. 2 televisiones disponibles de gran tamaño con meses de trabajo. 2 terrazas perfectas con mobiliario para sentarse a desayunar o a descansar

- Personal de recepción el día de la llegada muy amable, así como el servicio de recogida de maletas. También el último día nos dejaron hacer el chek out 30 minutos despúes de lo establecido en la reserva, muy amables por su parte!!!!

-Piscinas Exteriores (2) Pequeñas. Bien para relejarse con bonitas vistas a la bahía. Lo malo es que tienen el agua muy caliente

Cons:

Desde luego hay varios aspectos que deben mejor, en los que he quedado decpecionado:

- DESAYUNO. Muy pobre, basado en fritos y productos altamente calóricos bajos en nutrientes y proteína. De hecho excepto huevos revueltos (que ni siquiera estuvieron disponibles todos los días, no hubo el fin de semana según me dijeron porque no llegó el reparto) no se oferta nada de proteína. Creo que esto es inaceptable hoy en día habiendo opciones no muy caras para ofrecer que se pueden comprar baratas tipo jamón serrano, claras de huevo, yogures proteicos sin grasa ni carbohidratos, pechuga natural de pollo o pavo, atun claro al natural, queso de calidad...Solamente se salva la fruta del día (manzana, naranja, plátano, sandia, melón). Lo demás que se oferta es malo y de baja calidad (gofres preconcinados, patatatas fritas, cereales industriales altamente calóricos, pan que claramente no es del día, bagels industriales de baja calidad). El café horrible, no lo he tomado ningún día porque lo probé y estaba malísimo (aguado, claramente no es del momento, sin sabor ninguno). No se ofertan opciones tipo verduras para una ensalada ni huevos cocidos. Muy triste y claramente mejorable desde luego.

- LIMPIEZA. Hotel en general y habitación muy limpio pero las terrazas claramente no las limpian, los muebles estaban sucios y tuvimos que llamar para que limpiaran. Servicio de toallas caótico, unos días dejaban muhcas y otros pocas. Tampoco reponían adecuadamente las muestras de champú y gel en el baño todos los días, algunos días no dejaban.

- PERSONAL. El personal que atiende el desayuno mal, poco agradable y nada colaborador cuando se hace alguna sugerencia. El personal de mostrador de las mañanas trato normal, impresión de que no les importa mucho que el cliente esté contento con su estancia, parece que simplemente hacen su trabajo de gestiones sin más.

Enjoyable but let down by front desk staff
Pros:

Liked the location, bedroom was spacious (disabled room though no one told us that! )
Good touches, liked flamingo branding

Cons:

Check in was terrible. We arrived at 9pm, after delayed trip & very tired. Receptionist was very off hand, gave us no hotel information whatsoever.
We saw Prosecco behind the desk & had to ask for the welcome drink. Very unfriendly.
Day 2 much friendlier make member of staff kindly agreed for an hour later check out. We then had a call asking why we hadn’t left our room at 11am? Staff training would be a big suggestion - staff were not smiling or friendly!
