接待服務有待加強非常多！

環境很好，設備品味佳。

Cons:

1、夜間接待的房務人員態度奇差，臉很臭之外，不回應對話只自顧自地唸稿，而且速度超快根本聽不懂。晚餐垃圾包好請她幫忙丟掉以維護整潔，她一個字不說、面無表情只接過去，令人問號。
2、停車場是入住口，標示不清楚，以為入口和停車場是分開的，還先在入口下行李才去停車，加上路很小，只夠一台車通過，錯過後也難以倒車，加上雨天視線不佳，很危險。明明入住時有大電話確認時間，應該順便向住客說明一下。

從桃園機場坐巴士直達礁溪轉運站，只需一小時左右；民宿四周環境清靜宜人，又可隨時步行至鬧市閑逛吃喝，適合暫時遠離城市的放鬆之旅。
Pros:

位置距離鬧市適中，四周既清靜亦可步行15分鐘至車站區，整個民宿設計得宜，在部份樓層可望青荵阡陌的田園景色；房間簡潔，並附有飲料，最喜歡豐盛又健康的早餐，阿姨亦貼心及親切。

Cons:

房間設計與設備裝潢稍嫌欠缺，例如房內沒有閑坐空間，唯一可開關的窗只在泡澡位置，浴室門打開時擋住一半洗手盤位置，以及腳線牆身與浴室內百摺簾頗多污漬與損壞...讓人印象不佳之餘，亦影響了令旅人特地往鄉鎮期望身心舒緩的心意。

早餐很普通，地點太偏僻，沒什麼特色可說明，價格偏貴，樓下雖有廚具及公共空間，但都沒有可藉用的餐具，非常不方便，有點失望，不會再去住宿。

Pros:

床還蠻好睡的。浴缸也蠻大的 早餐也還行，整體環境乾淨清幽。

Cons:

隔音很糟糕。其他房客進出門還有在走廊說話的聲音都聽得一清二楚。而且如果晚上想跟伴侶有親密行為也要注意聲量避免隔音太差吵到其他房客

整體非常的棒，連早餐都很營養
Pros:

餐廳乾淨且很有氣氛，局部天花板是玻璃雨遮，感受陽光隨著不同時間變化，大片落地窗看著花園，是整理思緒的好場所。

Cons:

都很滿意，硬要挑的話，是腳踏車的鈴鐺撥桿壞掉了，騎出去有點擔心，不過小心點還好的。

早餐美味、房間舒適，會想再訪
Pros:

這次入住的整體體驗相當不錯。早餐種類雖然不算特別多，但口味很好，而且份量充足，吃得非常滿足。此外，現場也提供多種飲品可自行取用，讓用餐體驗更加便利。

房間方面，我們入住的是雙人房，浴缸空間比預期中寬敞，兩個人使用也不會感到擁擠。整體環境舒適整潔，採光明亮，白天待在房內也覺得十分放鬆。雖然住宿地點距離礁溪鬧區有一小段距離，需要步行幾分鐘才能到達主要商圈，但也因此少了人潮與車流的干擾，晚上非常安靜，能夠好好休息。

床鋪軟硬適中，睡起來相當舒服，一夜好眠。入住前有看到部分評論提到清潔問題，但實際入住後並沒有遇到明顯狀況，整體環境維持得不錯，我認為有些負面評價可能稍微過於嚴苛。

整體而言，無論是房間舒適度、住宿環境還是早餐品質，都讓人留下良好印象。未來如果再來礁溪旅遊，會想再次入住，也期待體驗看看其他不同的房型。
