Im Winter direkt am Skilift und im Sommer der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.
Pros:

Uns hat einfach alles gefallen: die hervorragende Lage, das leckere Essen und die wunderbare Sauna, die nach einer Wanderung die perfekte Möglichkeit zum Entspannen war.

Belysningen i lägenheten kunde vara lite mysigare. Vi fick bara en nyckel till fyra personer

Naprostá spokojenost

Good location, lack of cleaning service and no air conditioning
Pros:

The location was perfect, views was wonderful.

Cons:

The room was comfortable, but it didn’t have air conditioning (and before booking I haven’t even think to check if there is a air conditioner in the room as we were booking the hotel room in the Europe and one of the most popular high Tatra’s town), so with 30 degrees outside it was’t pleasant stay. The curtains in the room in the morning wasn’t useful at all as from 5 AM in the morning the room was so bright it was impossible to sleep. Also, we have stayed for three nights and only once there was cleaner inside and it even haven’t change all the towels or throw out all the garbage. For a hotel service and price - it us not acceptable.

Viskas buvo tobula! Kambarį gavome geresnį nei užsisakėme. Personalas malonus ir draugiškas. Strategiškai patogi vieta. Verta sugrįžti dar kartą!

Excellent - the perfect location.
Pros:

Everything is consistently amazing every time - we have been back 3 times now. It’s clean, cosy & the staff are very helpful. It’s close to some fantastic restaurants and all the hiked & trails.

Very easy to get to via taxi from poprad (which can be organised for you by the hotel!) or via the local public transport.

The rooms and amenities are all 10/10 and the views and peacefulness is perfect.

Cons:

Nothing - everything is great.

Чудовий готель, нам сподобалося перебування.
Pros:

Дуже чисто, приємний персонал. Зручне розташування.

Cons:

Сніданки не сподобались, вважаю що для такої якості вони за дорогі.

Велика кількість бджіл на балконі. Вони мешкають в щілинах дерева прямо на балконі і це може бути небезпечно. Це був єдиний неприємний момент, все інше було чудово.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja (blisko szlaków, kolejki na Łomnicę), bardzo przyjazny personel. Czystość na wysokim poziomie. Fajna restauracja w budynku hotelu. Funkcjonalnie zaprojektowany apartament z 2 sypialniami.

Cons:

Skromne wyposażenie aneksu jadalnego (praktycznie wszystko wyliczone na 4 osoby, brak kufli do piwa) i w dodatku tępy mały nożyk. Słaba wentylacja w łazience (trudno wytrzymać z zamkniętymi drzwiami po ciepłej kąpieli). Gdyby to usunąć dałbym ocenę 10. :)

short jump into high tatras
Pros:

Location was excellent we did on foot everything. Lomnicky Stit cable car was approx 5 mins on foot, Lokál Restaurant 5 mins too, city center, bus station, train station 5-10 mins. 50 kW car charger (ZSE, 0,49 EUR/kW) 1 min with car (only 1 CCS slot)
Breakfast was excellent, don't miss it.
Beds were super comfy.

Cons:

Beds were a little bit noisy, and the doors and walls was made from real wood without finish. Itt looks cool but all doors did hurt our hands, legs, back etc. splinters everywhere - be patient!
