Die Lage war unschlagbar

Cons:

Die Beschreibung auf Booking ist mindestens ungenau, wenn nicht sogar irreführend. Wir waren der Meinung, ein Hotel gebucht zu haben, da für uns Frühstück und eine Bar wichtig waren. Erst am Tag der Ankunft erhielten wir eine WhatsApp, aus der hervorging, dass es einen Zugangscode für Gebäude und Appartement gibt, Houskeeping werde nicht angeboten und, wenn man ein frisches Handtuch bräuchte, würde das 4 bzw. 5 € kosten. Das Badezimmer, was wirklich sehr geräumig war, war mit einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet und schon am zweiten Tag sammelte sich jede Menge Schmutz und Staub auf dem Boden. Wirklich unverschämt war allerdings, dass unter Booking zu lesen war, dass das Frühstück von 7:30 - 14:00 Uhr angeboten werden. Am dritten Tag standen wir 8:30 Uhr vor verschlossener Tür, auf telefonische Nachfrage hieß es, heute wird später geöffnet. Überdies gab es an drei Tagen drei verschiedene "Regeln" zum Frühstück. Am ersten Tag war ein Cappuccino im Frühstückspreis inklusive, einen Latte Macchiato mussten wir zusätzlich zahlen, am zweiten Tag erhielten wir jeweils zwei Cappuccino und Latte Macchiato kostenfrei zum Frühstück, wie übrigens auch die anderen Gäste, am dritten Tag mussten wir nicht nur in einem dunklen Kellerloch das Frühstück einnehmen, es gab nunmehr auch nur noch einen Kaffee pro Person, ansonsten nur Tee als Heißgetränk.
Im Übrigen war entgegen der Beschreibung auch keine Bar im Objekt enthalten. Zusammenfassend ist zu sagen, dass es ein wirklich schönes Appartement in unschlagbarer Lage war, Preis-Leistung hier aber nicht stimmen, da suggeriert wird, dass es sich um ein Hotel mit Hotelservice handelt, was definitiv NICHT der Fall ist. Ein hübsches Appartement ist in der Nähe viel günstiger zu finden und Ansprechpartner vor Ort, die uns bei Buchung wichtig waren, gab es ohnehin nicht. Das sollte man bei einer künftigen Buchung beachten und dieses Objekt zumindest ohne Frühstück wählen.

Posizione eccellente, camera spaziosa e staff molto gentile

Cons:

Colazione e il fatto che lil cambio della biancheria e le pulizie non fossero giornaliere ma questo dipende dal fatto che non fosse un hotel. Non amo in B&B pensavo fosse un hotel

Residence super centrale, con stanze molto spaziose. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Pros:

Location, comodissima per visitare il centro di Praga a piedi.
Dimensione delle stanze e del bagno, molto grandi.

Perfect location for our 5 stay in beautiful Prague
Pros:

Excellent location , big comfortable rooms, great bed and lovely hot showers. Very close to old town square , cafes and many restaurants.Helpful staff .

Cons:

Only negative was some noise issues with cars and people spilling out of local bars and clubs in the early hours but it didn’t dampen our stay .
