מושלם.
Pros:

המלון דירות נמצא במיקום מעולה! 5 דקות מכל אטרקציה שיש במרכז העיר, קרוב לתחבורה ציבורית, מסעדות, האזור היהודי, אזורי בילוי ואזורי הקניות- מגדל השעון וכו'.
מבחינת החדר- גדול מאוד ומרווח. נקי מאוד! מיטות נוחות, אמבטיה ענקית וכמובן שיש גם מקלחת.
הצוות אדיב.
ארוחת בוקר לא אכלנו אז לא יודע להגיד מה ואיך היא...

מראה החדר קצת מיושן ולא חדיש.
אפשר קצת יותר לפנק במוצרי אמבטיה- שמפו-סבון גוף נוזלי-ערכת טיפוח וכדו'.
נתנו מאוד מאוד מינימלי- בקבוקון קטן קטן אחד של שמפו וסבון גוף מוצק קטן וזהו.

Property stating and poating “Premier 2-bedroom suite.”
In reality, it is one bedroom with a bed and one bedroom with a sofa, which they consider the living room. So it's either one old style bedroom suite that the living room and the bedroom are each in a separate room, or two bedrooms without a living room. So, a two-bedroom suite it is not!
Carpets are old, and there are no sheets for the sofa. Had to sleep without sheets on the first night.
When I arrived, the office was closed, and I couldn’t enter the lobby. Luckily, one of my friends booked at the same complex, so he was able to give me the entrance code and the office WhatsApp number; otherwise, I would’ve had to book somewhere else so I won’t sleep on the street!

I obviously asked for clarifications as I arrived. A manager called me and sounded like he gonna do something (In a bad way). I decided not to get into it with him. He told me, “If you have a problem, contact booking.” I didn’t contact them, but they asked for a review, so here we are.

Residence in buona posizione ma deve essere migliorata la pulizia

Il residence Mysterius si trova a circa 300 metri da Piazza della Repubblica, dalla metro linea B e da numerosi tram. A pochi passi c'è anche la linea degli autobus turistici. avevamo un appartamento di due camere da letto con un piccolo balcone che affaccia sulla strada principale. Molto luminoso, un bagno molto grande finestrato ed attenzione dotato di bidet, vasca ed una bella doccia. Il letto è molto comodo. Per entrare nell'edificio e nell'appartamento c'è un codice che ti viene dato al tuo arrivo, anche perché la reception chiude alle 17,00

Cons:

Viene descritto con angolo cottura, ma l'angolo è dotato solo di un bollitore d'acqua elettrico, un frigorifero ed un forno a microonde. Il termostato della climatizzazione era bloccato sulla temperatura impostata e non è stato possibile modificarla, in ultimo sicuramente la pulizia non è delle migliori, si può e si dovrebbe migliorare.
