The fact they assigned me a smoking room. I am amazed they still have them! And to be given one without requesting one should never happen!

The suite was spacious and the mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was also perfectly fine
Unfortunately, the room had a strong smell of damp and mould, which was particularly unpleasant in the bathroom. There was very poor ventilation, the windows could not be opened, and visible mould was present on the bathroom door and in the corners of the walls. The toilet and sink also appeared poorly cleaned, with noticeable limescale and discolouration. The mattress, sofa and carpet had visible stains as well. Overall, the lack of ventilation seems to contribute significantly to the persistent damp smell and the condition of the room.
Really clean, staff were really friendly, the 9th floor had a water tap where you could refill bottles and the beds were really comfy! They also stored our luggage as we arrived earlier than check in, due to flight times. Good location to reach other areas of Surabaya with Grab.

Location was good. Price was reasonable.
The bathroom kept flooding when having a shower as the drain was not working. Most annoyingly the aircon did not work well and left the floor boiling, making it difficult to sleep.
Overall everything was good and breakfast was very good
