A great find.
Pros:

Such a lovely hotel in a pretty village. The staff were really helpful and friendly, my room was delightful and the breakfasts delicious. I ate one evening meal which was also great. The hotel is about 10 mins from the M5 so really handy for visiting friends and family.

Cons:

Nothing.

Delightful place to spend a night on the way to Cornwall
Pros:

The rooms were well presented, spacious and very clean. The food at dinner and breakfast was excellent. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The area is very quiet.

Cons:

One tiny thing - there was no shampoo in the shower.

Very Nice stay
Pros:

Great looking location and a very nice room.

Cons:

Overall our stay was wonderful, our only constructive criticism was the evening meal which we both had the Steak which was not cooked to our liking, it was hard to decide how it was cooked in fact, certainly not chargrilled as most steaks are done in our opinion. Resulting in a an not very appealing presentation or taste.

Love it
Pros:

Lovely property in the heart of the countryside with a great garden. Cute dogs and even chickens roving around. Good breakfast too. Will definitely return if I can

Cons:

Bed mattress was too soft for me but that’s the luck of the draw.

4 night stay visiting local Gardens
Pros:

The hotel is in a rural location with a pleasant aspect and a large garden with plenty of seats. My room on the first floor overlooking the back yard had a nicely equiped bathroom, a settee and a comfortable bed. Breakfasts were good with a cooked option and served from 0730 on weekdays and 0830 at weekends.

Cons:

The humming noise from the kitchen extractor fan below my room was unsettling - it started each day by 07:00 and finished at around 21:50. The Wifi connection in my room kept dropping out and combined with a weak mobile signal made it difficult to use the internet reliably to plan excursions.

Pros:

A little gem! Beautifull property with lovely garden.
Although we arrived after the kitchen had finished (8:15pm) we were served a beautifull evening meal. Breakfast was lovely too. Hope to return.

Cons:

Nothing

Pros:

House & gardens were lovely
Staff were v friendly helpful.

Cons:

Only 2 comfortable chairs in the public areas, one has the impression you are not welcomed to stay.
We had a 'superior' double room.
There was no razor point.
There were 2 chairs, one of which was the desk chair, so you sat on the bed, or the one comfortable chair.
The TV was awful. A proper wall mounted TV would have allowed a 2nd comfortable chair.

The evening meal tasted good, but one carrot cut in half, just doesn't cut it! Mini portions, major prices.
An adequate meal for 2 was £140 + £30 for wine.
£70 for the meal would have been fair.

The restaurant furniture was also underwhelming.

I think this has the potential to be outstanding, but the management needs to woo it's customers, spend some money - want guests to love it

Good on the whole, just disappointed about the Wi-Fi and television.
Pros:

Beautiful garden. Food very good.

Cons:

No WiFi in room first night, lovely young man, Ryan, managed to set up a booster gadget so I had Wi-Fi the second night. Could only get BBC1 and BBC2 on television despite Ryan’s efforts.
