Lo staff non è molto accogliente , sembrava quasi ci facessero un favore ,quando siamo arrivati erano fuori seduti a fumare (niente di male ) appena ci hanno visti sembravano scocciati,infastiditi, una volta saliti in camera ,ultimo piano senza ascensore (ci sta,il palazzo è vecchio ) abbiamo notato l'aria condizionata che faceva molto rumore, pulizia sommaria, letto con peli di qualche ospite precedente , bagno con incrostazioni nella doccia ,muffa negli angoli ,colazione bo.. insomma non lo consigliamo,se ricapiterà di tornare in zona non lo prenderemo in considerazione.

La camera da letto era estremamente piccola per un letto matrimoniale. Non aveva doppio comodino. Non aveva un posto per appoggiare la valigia. Non si apriva l'armadio perché sbatteva sul letto. La cassetta del bagno era danneggiata. La tavoletta del bagno era danneggiata. Non aveva il bidè. Era piccolissimo con porta a soffietto.

Pros:

Die Lage war außergewöhnlich. Direkt in einem kleinen italienischen Örtchen mit tollen Gebäuden, süßen Gassen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, sowie vielen Bars.
Das Frühstück fand ich auch sehr gut. Es gab eine große Auswahl und süßen Leckereien, die in den zwei Tagen wo wir da waren, sehr abwechslungsreich waren. Ebenso hatte man Brötchen, Wurst und Käse sowie süße Aufstriche zur Auswahl. Das Frühstück haben wir jeweils immer im Innenhof eingenommen, was auch sehr schön vom Ambiente war.

Cons:

Bei der Suche der Unterkunft habe ich extra nach Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit Parkplatz gesucht und die Unterkunft hat auch eigene Parkmöglichkeiten. Nur leider bekamen wir keine Möglichkeit diese zu nutzen. Glücklicherweise gibt es im Ort mehrere kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten. Ebenfalls empfanden wir das Personal als reserviert. Angekommen im Zimmer weiß man, dass man für einen bestimmten Preis keine Luxussuite erwarten kann, das es logisch. Allerdings war unser Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen, ja, das macht auch ein bisschen den Charme des Hotels aus. Aber zum Beispiel die Dusche wirkte sehr unsauber und der Fliesenboden im Bad war teilweise kaputt.

Im Groben und Ganzen kann man das natürlich machen. Der Ort ist fantastisch. Das Frühstück war super für ein zwei Übernachtungen, wie das bei uns der Fall war. Ist das auch okay, aber eben nur okay und nicht gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren extrem klein, Zimmer waren nicht sauber und die Bäder waren dreckig, die Duschen waren schimmelig und verschmutzt, teilweise lief das Wasser nicht ab. Personal teils unfreundlich.
Keine Parkplätze! Gepäck muss auf der Straße aus
- und eingeladen werden.

Erholsame Woche mit netten Menschen und sehr guter Verpflegung in sehr schöner Umgebung.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut, Abendessen sehr gut, Zimmer , Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer Standard der 90ziger
Jahre. Gesamte Gastronomie sehr gut. Klimaanlage im Zimmer.

Pros:

Buona la posizione, la colazione variegata, cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani, la premura ad avermi avvisato che il bagno non aveva il bidet.

Cons:

Il personale distaccato e scontroso che faceva fatica anche a dire buongiorno, a parte il cameriere extracomunitario. Nella descrizione dell'albergo andrebbe aggiunto/segnalato la mancanza del bidet e che preferiscono lavorare con gli stranieri, come riferito, perché sono meno esigenti degli italiani.
