Teilweise Verschleiß im Kleinen, Bad nicht sauber, Haare an verschiedenen Stellen , Frühstücksbereich könnte ansprechender gestaltet werden

On a aimé l’hôtel et son emplacement.
Après 22 h, il n’est plus possible d’accéder au jardin où se trouve le spa. On se retrouve donc limité à la chambre puisque l’accès à cet espace est fermé. De plus, les enfants ne sont pas autorisés dans la zone du spa. Ainsi, pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants, il est difficile de profiter des installations ensemble. Cet établissement convient davantage aux couples ou aux personnes sans enfants.
La façon de parler de l’agente de sécurité du spa devrait être améliorée. J’ai trouvé son attitude peu respectueuse et son ton parfois arrogant. Cela peut vraiment gâcher la journée et me pousser à envisager d’annuler ma réservation pour choisir un autre établissement.
Le confort, le lit, le petit déjeuner, le spa et la propreté
L’accueil par Cedric était plutôt froid et désagréable comparé aux autres hôtels que nous avons fait au Québec.
Ensuite, entre un prix annoncé à 100 dollars de plus qu’annoncé sur Booking nous n’avons pas trop compris.
L’accès au spa est facturé 35 dollars mais pour les 65 dollars restants ??! Jamais eu ça avec un autre hôtel au Québec
Ce fût un séjour très agréable tout était parfait la propreté le comfort du lit WoW et que dire du brunch excellent.

Die Unterkunft OTL Gouverneur Saguenay (5-Sterne-Business-Hotel) verfügt einem kostenlosen Privatparkplatz und liegt innerstätisch an einer vielbefahrenen Straße.
Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer, mit großem Bad + Dusche.
Das angebotene gute Frühstück genügt vielleicht nationalen Kategorien, aber für 5-Sterne, darf man international auch etwas mehr erwarten dürfen.
Wir würden diesem guten Hotel max. 4 Sterne geben

Nothing realy ! I would love if they were a bit more food option but thats just a personal matter ! I would recommend this hotel without a doubt.
